[ROM][STOCK][FLASHABLE]XNPH25R CM11S zip - ONE General

I have recently come across this zip file for our stock firmware, I have decided to share it all with you in the odd case that you want to flash stock via custom recovery.
Steps:
1. Boot into recovery
2. Wipe Data, Cache and System
3. Unmount System
4. Flash zip

No, it is just the stock ROM, I suppose I could create a pre rooted zip.

Just flash supersu after flashing the stock zip. Not really necessary for a stock root rom.

Edit: Flash http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu after the flashable zip and you'll have root.

Thanks bro, this saved the hassle.

Very useful, but does this also deletes all files on internal storage?

I know that usually this doesn't happen, but i thought that maybe ( since this is a complete stock ROM ) it could do that bad joke.

Those are image files, they are not the same and do not work if you try and flash them through custom recovery.
Thank you OP for providing this.

Thank you, this saved me . at first it wouldn't flash given me error, after doing a cache clear and restart back into the twrp allowed me to flash it successfully.
Question though, why isnt the stock CM11 from Cyanogen isnt flashable as compared to this?

How to return Oppo find 5 back to stock

Hi I just received my Oppo find 5 and before I root I wanted to know if there was any way if all goes wrong to return Oppo find 5 back to stock. Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Zack

It's very easy. Just flash the stock ROM. If you need to go back to stock recovery too, there's a thread in the oppo forums that has a link to it, out you could just make a backup in recovery and save the boot.img on your computer and flash it using fastboot. This phone is a lot like a nexus and is easy to root and return to stock.

You can also say 'NO' to disable recovery flash when using a custom recovery to flash stock firmware.. badabing badaboom your back to stock with stock recovery!

I think CWM gives you this option but TWRP disables recovery flash by default. At least that has been my experience. One of the reasons I prefer CWM.

Yes, I have unpacked ramdisk of the twrp and tar it up, later I have flashed it with the tatsuyuki script (same as mx4 pro twrp).
When boots I can see only a yellow line, nothing more.
I have followed the same as recipe as tatsuyuki did with mx4 pro

It is temporal, in theory when you flash it and reboot the phone the first time it will appear the twrp. When you reboot again it should appear Meizu stock recovery.
But this was not the case exactly, I have flashed it and in the first reboot I couldnt see any recovery. The phone started rebooting and rebooting and me doing the combination of keys to enter to the recovery. Sometimes appeared a yellow line, sometimes not.
After half an hour trying to enter to meizu stock recovery, it suddently appeared and I could flash the rom again.
I was sure I have bricked it xD

I was thinking, we dont need no make any special recovery or temporal recovery. In lollipop you can flash recovery without unlocking bootloader with M1 and MX4. I believe that It has to be the same with MX5 and M2 Note.
The russians made philz and the chinese cwm for the other Meizus. I think we have to do one of this, no twrp.
Edit: I see xen0n had graphics problems with twrp in mx4. So twrp discarted

A300FU 5.0.2 ROM as flashable zip?

Hi there,
Is there a way to flash any kind of working 5.0.2 ROM on my A300FU without ODIN? Somehow I managed to erase the OS without backing it up first.. (I know.. i know...)
I don't want to reflash the whole thing again... Root, install TWRP and so on...
Thanks a lot!
Never mind that... An admin can delete this thread.
Reflashed latest Lollipop from Sammobile, re-rooted, and also updated TWRP to latest version.
Let the CM12.1 come!

Actually I am having several problems. After I bricked my MT7-L09, I found a TWRP backup of MM that someone else posted and I restored it. It got my phone back up and running, but a couple things don't work; wifi and gps are my biggest concerns.
In the "about phone" menu, the model number is now showing JAZZ, and the build number is MT7-C900B511. Do you know how to fix the wifi or gps? Can I use a fresh copy of this ROM and reinstall it to fix it? If so, do you know how? When I looked up the location using the keypad sequence *#*#2846579#*#* it shows no file exists. The phone is rooted.
If fixing it is too difficult due to my limited skills, I'm fine starting over with KitKat, but I don't know where to get the files I need to do it.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Unfortunately home button doesn't work after restore...I think I need a clean flash.
So I just powered on my new OP5 and went to install update and now it only boots to recovery. WTF?

If you can get to recovery, you might be able to use the stock recovery to get to bootloader. In the roms section there is a guide thread which has a link for a version of twrp that is working (Chinese version) rather than the TWRP (WIP) thread. That Chinese version of TWRP is working. You can use that and up twrp backup above to try and get yourself up and running until a full rom zip comes out from OnePlus?
Or if you dont want to use my backup, maybe use twrp to format data and see if that gets you booting? IF not then my back up, but remember each time you come out of twrp and boot system you loose twrp

Glad I'm not the only one that makes silly mistakes like this
I hve the best lol, after recover system/boot, my data partition in the OS (not TWRP) was unwritable, so i have lock Bootloader for try recover Stock Recovery and do a factory reset.... Now Bootloop!
So for now i must wait for install emergency/factory OxygenOS from OnePlus when available because i can do nothing. I miss Odin from Samsung, so useful for flash recovery/rom
