Hi All,
i had installed Xperia Z2 custom rom over my Xolo q700, however it was stuck after on start screen and never started. I had used Calvic tp image it initially. I tried using Mini UI then, which did not work again. It was also stuck on boot screen. I read on the net, that i needed to first flas my mobile with xolo Q700i software using SP tol. I tried that too, but my phone's usb was not recognized and nor i new hoe to change the usb to flash it back. Somebody please help me, atleast to recover the Xolo Q700 firmware. Please help. On urgent basis.

Install vcom drivers, mobistel driver. And pdanet+
Then connect ur phone, power on the phone, necessary drivers will get installed,
Power off the phone n disconnect, now run, sp flash tools n follow the rest procedure, connect the phone without battery. Try it if it could help.

Guys I really need this so please help. I have CM10 flashed on my phone, but now after the official JB is out I want that ROM. There is no working zip of this ROM (wont recognize sim card) so i have to flash it through KDZ. Unfortunately, KDZ just wont recognize my phone (phone not found). I dont know if the problem is that Im using CM or it's my PC drivers. Can you please tell me how can I do this properly? Thank you.

First of all,in order to get your device recognized,you must enter it in emergency/download mode.CM can't be recognized just like stock Rom.
Just follow this guide.

when I do this then my phone just boots as normal into CM10... any ideas?
EDIT: I just wasn't fast enough, it seems. My restore still isn't working though, with the KDZ updater still not finding the phone...
The only way is to enter your phone in emergency mode...Well try to pull out the battery and connect your phone with a cable at your pc..before you connect it keep pressing vol+..
If it works your phone will boot in emergency mode...then you can flash via kdz. .
Give a try again,and inform me..

I've tried with emergency mode several times but recognizing the phone is mission impossible. Can you post a link with the official drivers, or something that could be the problem?

Download the official drivers from the LG website and it should work, also try different USB ports on your pc. I think installing the drivers fixed my issue.

Then the official drivers should solve your problem..Just Google for it it is easy to find.

It's possible Fox Hound hasn't worked properly for your device, try flashing back to Stock then trying FH again see if it works.

Hi, is There any chance to install new modems without odin? I have a mac computer so I cant Flash via odin. I have tried heimdall and kies, none of them works because my Phone wont respond in the computer. Tried even With Googles file transfer.
The thing is that im a bit selective so I only found one rom that fits me, vision x II. Everything works perfect but i cant activate or use wifi. I really need my wifi cuz i have no signal at my Damn concrete apartment!

You can try do a FACTORY RESET:
- Make a Internal Memory backup
- From your home screen press the apps icon in the lower right corner.
- Find and press the settings icon.
- In the upper end of the screen press the accounts tab.
- In the bottom of the next screen press the Backup and reset button.
- Press the factory data reset.
- Read the info on your cell phone screen and hit Reset device.

You can use "mobile Odin Pro" to flash full firmware , kernels , modems , recoveries and more. ..

If you flash any modem , make.sure it is compatible with the firmware version otherwise you will hard break you device!!.
One more thing ,,the moment you flash it ...your device will reboot to download mode , then in this point you have to hold the power button for few second till it turn off . After that turn it on , the Samsung logo will show up ....and it may take time untill it move to the mobile odin mode ,,,, just wait for the process...dont ever turn it off again otherwise you may soft break your device
Also mobile odin only work in stock kernel otherwise it will not detect your device . Thats why it won't run in custom rom that only run in its custom kernel like cm or what ever rom ... this is the disadvantage
But the advantage is that.. it will never trigger the flash counter .

I can't get this thing rooted for nothing...but my first issue is getting the drivers installed? I've downloaded and installed and still not working...is there another way to root or a link someone could provide to the right drivers I've searched and can't find **** on this thing. .Please and thank you
