I don't want to be the bad guy again, but keep in mind, you don't really know what's inside those files you're flashing on your device. I don't wanna hold you back, but just keep that in mind.

I would avoid it, Just like the same when it was with the G2 and G Pro Issues occurred. With LG its very easy to loose that EFS :/

I can open it with WinRAR and see the contents. I have an unlocked BL on my Arc S (I'm currently running the ICS beta) but I don't know what to do with the files.

fastboot flash boot kernel.sin
fastboot flash system system.sin
fastboot flash userdata userdata.sin
but it doesn't work..
only kernel and userdata works

Amen, ông đã root máy chưa?, nếu rồi thì tải ROOT EXPLORER.APK về, mở nó theo đường dẫn root/system/app-piv/ bấm search "ui" nó ra 2 file 1 file apk và 1 file odex

Download seems to be OTA only. Using PC suite only brings up the old 10e version.
Regarding LG Germany, this update is mainly fixing the "turning itself off" bug...

You can upgrade to any version as long as it is for Europe. Mine too says the latest is v20a and I've flashed v20b for Poland no problem, had it running. Feel free to flash it via LGUP
