My samsung galaxy grand duos phone is not detected in pc. Not able to send photos via bluetooth,upload photos in fb,gmail etc but able to recieve photos via bluetooth.What could be the reason ??/

Hello guys.
Need urgent help with Samsung Galaxy S5 backup.
Screen and digitizer dont work, also USB Debugging is not turned on.
I need to make SMS and contact backup to Xperia Z3.
I have backup of contacts.spb and messages.sme on my PC.
Options:
I tried with mouse trough OTG cable and I can unlock the phone (there is no pattern or PIN), but its to hard to navigate with nothing showing up on screen.
Micro to HDMI cable is option but i need mouse or keyboard to turn on USB debug.
I have Kies 3 backup of contacts and SMS from this phone but they are in proprietary Samsung formats
*.sme and *.spb, tryed to make recovery of this files to Samsung Grand Neo 2 wich I have but Kies 3 isn't compatible
with this phone and older Kies cant read Kies 3 backup :/
So the only option to recover backup is to have another working SGS5 or Note3 or some reader/editor of proprietary
Samsung formats.
I have very important data on this phone.
Can somebody help me with this?

Hello everyone , my computer doesn ' t detect my samsung a5 , i tried installing kies 2 and 3 and installing samsung usb drivers but still nothing , when i plug it the phone starts charging but it doesn t show on the computer , any ideas about what i should do ?

My screen cracked and is there any way i can retrieve all the files from the internal memory.?

My brother also broke his screen and he managed to retrieve some data via his samsung account (you do of course have to use a touchwiz rom). I presume the display won't light up either? Does anything show up when you connect it to a computer? Aren't your contacts on your google account or sim card?

Well, if you're talking about files, and you have TWRP installed, just turn on your phone in recovery mode, connect a usb cable to your phone and your PC and SUCESS!! I think only TWRP has MTP function, so if you don't have TWRP I think you're pretty screwed.

So my smartphone is a Galaxy A5 2016, I have root in it xposed with a modulo only etc.
It stopped reading USB to transfer data, it loads on the PC but not the message of neither device nor recognized device nor installed, (before I used the sidesync with it) and nor does the otg that recognizes normal does not open anymore. that is:
Does not recognize pendrive via ON THE GO (OTG)
Does not open on PC and neither does the sign of life
what to do ?? Can help me I'm with the original Android 6.0.1
