[Q] Can Xperia X8 Gingerbread handle 32GB SD cards?

Hi everyone, I am getting the Xperia X8, and am planning to flash it to Gingerbread. Does any one know (or from experience) if X8 can handle 32GB SD cards after the Gingerbread update? Thanks!

What does it mean? It´ll work only somtimes or it will work with some cards, bot not with all?
Xperia X8 officially handle cards to 16GB.
I think official 16GB is right, I am not sure if it's because it originally ships with Android 1.6. Appreciate if any one knows if it's a Android firmware limitation or hardware limitation. Thanks.
Although it ships out with 1.6 you can upgrade to eclair for free. But due to the tiny processor, that causes the phone to slow done, especially of you use something like ADW launcher.

I think it supports only 16Gb, but maybe with a custom rom it can use 32Gb...
i can use 32 gb with sock or any ROM

idk maybe it will be able to handle it but i won't recommend and x8 as for now. gingerbread is not 100% working and bootloader is still locked so if i were you i would wait till those 2 goals are achieved first then buy the phone so you don't regret it like some people did
Hi there, thanks for the recommendation. I was hoping if someone had already tried it, but I probably will wait like you said before getting a 32GB card. I had purchased the phone already. Thanks!
bump
anyone try this ?
what ever officially supported. my experience: I inserted 8BG it started to lag significantly. with 4GB it was not. i will not think to upgrade memory card in future.
Yes i think it is possible with any custom rom. Just try it
I'm using a 10 class 32 GB SD card since a month and everything is fine with NO LAG at all, my cellphone is a black E15a and my ROM is CM-X v1.1
My x8 doesn't even like my 8gb and then continued to destroy the file system on it :-(

I don't know. I have 64GB. Its fast and good. But i have no idea how its ever possible for a S3 that it can support 128? I couldn't find any proof of this on Google.
