I just put it in a flashable zip for Galaxy Tab 8 users.
Use CWM or any CWM based recovery to flash these.

I don't know if it's the same for T211 though, and you need CWM or CWM based recovery.
Did you get permission for doing this ?
Be warned ! I went to nin9's thread and he didn't want the bootanimation to be used on a Samsung Target (only Nexus devices) !

I flashed back to SAPPIMG.nbh.
Now I can boot into the system.But I can't flash recovery into the device,I tried fastboot,it shows "remote:not allow".So i guess the reason is not rooted.
I tried SuperOneClickv1.7-ShortFuse,but it still doesn't work.
I tried to fix the rec in many ways,nothing helped.
I have tried every method I can find on the internet,I have to post this thread for help.

Look at my guide (check my signature).
Just skip the root thing and only do the recovery flash.

This is a bootloader animation. Its different than the bootanimation. Bootloader animations require unlocked bootloaders.also its the first screen when you start your phone

Can someone post a tutorial on how to make one and a step-by-step procedure and how to make it as part of the package to replace current bootloader.
This is Thor Revolver bootloader, I just edited it and added the last image and the Philippine Flag image below is what I want as my new Bootloader; glowing gradually until it loads completely.

That's not a bootloader, that's a boot animation. The two are TOTALLY different.
There's a thread in this section that explains how to make them, just scroll down a bit.

You must mean boot animation. That's not a bootloader lol

I don't have original logo, but I've made a custom one in 1080x1920 some time ago. I think it should work just fine on M-model as well.
(should probably work on any phone with 1080x1920, and param in "/dev/block/platform/13540000.dwmmc0/by-name/PARAM")

Hello everyone! Today I wanted to post my custom bootlogo for the S10e which is a recreation of the S21 bootlogo. It is exactly a port. This is my very first time creating a custom bootlogo so I hope you like it and hopefully I make some more bootlogos for the S10e!!!!
This won´t work without root.

Make sure you backup your previous bootlogo just in case you want to revert it.
Requirments:
- TWRP
- Need to run official or unofficial One ui (I have no idea if it works in non One ui roms)
Steps:
- Boot into TWRP
- Flash the zip file and boot normally

The bootlogo is in good quality. The image in this post might lower the actual quality of the logo.
It does not seem to work on Snapdragon Version.

Ups, it seems it only works for exynoss version :/
It works with a custom ROM too. (PixelExperience 12)
