Hellow fellow xda members, i bought this phone a while ago and noticed there aren't any custom roms for it, and i was wondering if anyone could make one, perhaps a cm rom so we can get a 4.4 update since there isn't a official update

start here, although it hasn't been updated since September. Otherwise, poke around the development forums. i personally recommend Galaxy Task.
No MIUI or CM yet, but CM9 is in the works when it drops.

I made this one because I need 3 things, first one is a stock ROM for this phone,2. Is a cm custom ROM for this phone and 3. Is any kind of 4.4 or 5.0 custom ROM supported by this phone.If there is a developer who can help me with these things I would be very happy.

I ordered for G530H today and expected to be shipped soon, I own i9100 ( G530H looks like a Brother ) . I see there is no custom rom available at the moment for G530H. Also Lollipop upgrade is expected to happen in mid of 2015.
I was wondering if any developer tried hands on this model or try to make a ROM with Kitkat or any lower version. Currently Lollipop has less mod at the moment and its not that great when compared with 4.1.2 or kitkat versions.
It will be Good kick-start and great rep if any ROM developer starts working on this. :angel:

I keep reading that g900h (exynos variant) does not get a custom/AOSP ROM (not considering the deodexed ones here) because samsung has not released the code for it yet. But I found out at the below link that the code for KK was released a few months ago -

Because I do not see any comments/posts/threads/discussions happening on this, I wonder whether this released code is not enough for a custom rom development or developers are not interested about it.
Let me know what is it, so I can bury my hopes of a custom rom forever or wait for the sunshine.

I tried it a while ago with cm11 but at that time it stuck during start at the samsung logo.
At the moment I am on teamsek rom but it seems that the development of this tree has been closed, so I am searching for a alternate rom and in my opinion it would be the best to use the official cyanogenmod, because there are always regular updates.
