There is this key on S5 ? - Galaxy S 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Each of the programs I have used on the S4, I cannot get to work on my S5. It says I must press"Menu" ( see attached file) in order to enter to the "Settings" but where is this key on the new S5 when it is not located in the program itself??

Long press the recent apps button (left hand button, to the left of the Home button).

Long press home button --> Task manager ?

Is it possible to assign a specific program for long pressing the home hardware button? It would be fantastic to switch between programs easily by accessing a list of open programs by long pressing home.
Android has a version of that:

[Q] Change Functions Of Home Button?

I have a 9505G rooted, and I'd like to change the funcitons of the home button. Specificaly, there are two changes I'd like to make.
1. Disable the home button while the phone is locked. While the phone is locked and asleep, I can use either the power button or the home button to wake the phone. I want to disable the home button here, so that only the power button can wake the phone. I find that while my phone is in my pocket, it often wakes up "on its own", presumably because I'm accidnetally pressing the home button against my hip, chair, whatever...
2. Launch the recently-used apps list by holding the home button. On previous devices I've used (such as the Galaxy Nexus), holding down the home button would bring up the list of recently-used apps. With the S4GE, the long-press brings up Google Now, and a double-click is required for the recently-used apps list. I'd like to change this behavior so that a long-press brings up the recent app list, and double-click does nothing.
Can this be done, and if so, how? Thanks for your help.
