Its same in Switzerland for my unbranded one. Update done.
I think camera is now littlebit better. Not so "noisy". Still like a cam with a small lens, but better as .518. but i had to test more.

The actual camera firmware update isn't till next month... Still seeing no update here in the UK.. Hopefully here by tonight

Still no uk update. Im using a sim free Z1, unbranded.

Sony uk sucks, no updates at all so far!

I make an ftf and upload it but my internet speed is very poor

Probably a carrier specific release, like 10.3.1.A.2.74 was. The kernel source is identical to 230 for a start.
I hope I'm wrong and it contains some bug fixes. ?

Open the settings, scoll a bit and see if it still lags

Google is pushing out 4.4.4 ( http://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2014/06/android-4-4-4-is-rolling-out-to-devices-contains-openssl-fix/ )and we still waiting for a bugfree 4.4.2 Release. I really don't want to know what will happen once a seriours security issue will be reported for Android...

After using 2 days of reading and learning, I`ve got the latest firmware (23.0.1.A.3.12) from Taiwan rooted and with recovery working flawless.
And when "I" is beeing mentioned, ALL credits goes to: DooMLorD, [NUT], Phil3759, bin4ry, geohot and several others!

I got mine in NY, standard factory unlocked.
started using it in Israel and been ever since, and i got an update for this firmware OTA.

I think this update just to fix some issues of mobile signal of Taiwan's carriers, and some bloatware. I compared files' size in both of 167 and 3.12 firmware, seem nothing is changed.

no major update, its only a small carrier update.
