i am a newbiee here. i would like to ask all the galaxy s4 users that which is the best rom for I9500, both 4.3 and 4.4 ?
i want to know one kitkat and one jellybean rom which is debloated, better battery life and tweaks with better ram management.

My dear brother, please read the forum rules carefully. Nothing best exists here. You yourself have to try and decide what is best. So please never ask for best rom,kernel,etc. Try out few roms n select the one which suites your usage.

Search for a solid and daily touchwiz 4.4.2 rom. no need of S5 features and samsung apps.
