Who's interested in for me developing my toolkit for this device? - One (M8) General

It's been several months since I made/updated a toolkit, but I'm looking to come back. Who would like for me to create a toolkit for this phone?

Would love a toolkit for the M8

Used it on my M7 and loved it. I'm sure it would be well accepted in the (quickly growing) M8 community.
Thanks for your work btw :good:

Love the feedback! I am working on it right now!

Same thing in the N1 development forum. An sdk Rom that does not work really from what I understand.

Lol braggin rights? We've already had this since earlier today...

I'd rather run 1.1 than the 2.2 sdk versions being put together.
If you are interested in this, just install the Android SDK and play around with the emulator.

No worries the devs here at xda are pretty talented so I'm sure they'll cook up something nice for the rest of the phones but yeah it is pretty great that Google is givin the nexus one the update... after all it is the Google phone.

Bye Bye Guys :'(

I just own a new device the Sensation !
So cya guys , I spent very good moments with all this awesome community
Thanks you Race, Iperzampemo and all other
:crying:
Best of luck with the Sensation, hope you have as much fun with your new device.
As for me well I've also jumped ship recently to the Note 2. However the Nexus remains my faithful spare whenever I need one.

And yeah Dark-Knight, maybe you have never saw me, but i've always seen you
Cya, maybe i'll flash some ROMs on my N1 for nostalgy ^^
One more question?
Why not nexus 4?
Sent from my Nexus One using Tapatalk 2
If its just about having a nice dual core, why not HTC One S =) and yeah, why not a Nexus 4!
If you still have the N1, you can always use it for experimenting right? It doesn't have to be g'bye

Hey guys

I'm K7C and I come from the doubleshot threads , I'm going to be getting a nexus 4 and wanted to know if I should get it. I like diff UI's and since this is the Nexus it has a lot of options. What would you rate your nexus with and without root. Thanks

Perfect description! Simply one cannot own a nexus and enjoy its full potential without root.
Not to mention the fact that the N4 is one of the easiest smartphones to unlock & root. Just don't use a toolkit, and enjoy learning about Android.

just because it glides, on its own, across seemingly flat surfaces, does not make it cursed

What's wrong with using the toolkit? If I can't use the tk then I will need someone to walk me through the process over the phone.

you learn nothing. so when you run into the issue, youre screwed since you dont know the basics. anyways, doing it the right way is just as easy as using a toolkit. all you need to do(in a nutshell) is fastboot oem unlock, flash a recovery via fastboot, flash either the su binaries or a custom rom in your new recovery, then reboot. nothing difficult. but learning to fastboot and to use the recovery is essential.

I know all of that, well at least I know of it, we'll talk more when I get my N4 (Mon-Wed) thanks for all tbe comments guys, I'll have more posts in the upcoming week.

4.3 leaked for the Nexus 4!

I know this forum isn't a N4 forum, but it's interesting nonetheless.
Hopefully they'll have a full breakdown soon:
http://www.androidpolice.com/2013/07/17/breaking-android-4-3-for-google-nexus-4-leaks-jwr66n-heres-the-system-dump-download/
Cool story bro...
You know this isn't the N4 forum so why did you post this?
That dump will do nothing for either version of the HTC One at the moment.
Cool story bro

I guess neither of you read the part of the post explaining what it is you're installing on your tablet.
The app has no proper UI yet, only a skeleton "UI Skeleton" that does nothing aside from telling which Panel installed on your tablet is detected.
