Can anybody help me. Im out of options. Did full wipes and formatted everything and nothing helped.
But when im on a CM11 ROM there arent any issues, so WTH is going on? Its only on Sammy Roms.

Flash a different kernel on TW rom
There are few out there , most liked is Civz kernel . It fixes this issue for me in whatsapp and other apps.

This is because of a modded rom or kernel. I had this with early custom GB kernels. Flashing the stock kernel or a custom kernel that has a working front cam (should be mentioned in the features) should fix this.

it happened to me to..i had this problem too,please go to darkys website and find out the stock camera there,they have fix this prob there,no worries..

Well, you have some threads to ask this questions.
First of all, what MIUI are you trying? Datsun port or miui.com ROM? It seems that u downloaded a corrupt file. Try downloading the rom again, do a factory reset and try again. Post it here so we can help.

Get into recovery and wipe data and cache
Wipe data again moreover re install your rom again...

Is it a hardware problem? I tried to flash a new rom and a new bootloader but didnt work.
What is XtreStoLite INTL 2.2 ? is it a custom rom?
It looks to me like it might be a bad or incompatible video driver.
Can you get the phone into recovery mode or download mode?

Yes i can... initially I could not but then I installed the official rom and now this error only occurs sometimes but when I lock the phone it crashes
seems your bootloader is corrupted
