Just install as normal apk or move to system/app.
Requires superuser mod!
Should work on 4.1+ devices!

But I have one suggestion - download other people MODs and learn on them - don't copy them or steal someones work but learn on examples - that's only I could say

There is nothing difference between 6.2.1.A.0.1, 6.2.1.A.0.7 and 6.2.1.A.0.11. First Two Versions r already available for JB 4.1. In XS Apps and Themes Section and XP Apps and Themes Section.. So Enjoy With That...
