[Q] SGH-I337M Canadian (Rogers): Odin v3.09 fails when trying to install 4.2.2? - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshootin

So when I upgraded to android 4.3 a while ago my phone stopped making and receiving sounds in calls. Weird problem, and I sent the phone out a couple of times to get it fixed and they just replaced the speaker and mic (which did absolutely nothing). Somebody else told me it was a problem with the 4.3 update and to try installing a 4.4.2 ROM, which I did (Gummy 2.1 using the CWM Recovery method). I know, I know, I voided my warranty, but there was only a couple months left and they weren't fixing it. Anyways, after finally upgrading the stupid thing the calls still didn't work! So I'm trying to rollback to 4.2.2 (firmware from sammobile .com), but every time I try with Odin 3.09 it fails. Here's the log:
Code:

and then the only way to get the phone working again is to use odin to flash the CWM Recovery again. Any idea how to fix this?
Thanks
EDIT: Just thinking, is it possible to use the zip file I downloaded and do the CWM install from zip thingy the way that I installed Gummy 2.1?

Try just flashing the modem from 4.2.2 using twrp/CWM

Sorry, you can not return to 4.3 stock firmware once you have written the 4.4 bootloader
You can try to write stock 4.4.

If it is for the same model and region as your N9005 it could/should work, otherwise you might still see problems. Be careful not to confuse Hong-Kong 16GB model with EU 32GB models, also there have been some problems with other hardware or CSC combinations.

Hi guys - first post.
I have been trying to upgrade my Gti9500 Octa with Kitkat. After trying many different upgrades I finally got one to work through odin:

It's the Hong Kong version.
all goes well through odin until here:

In dowload mode ( which is in Korean!) it says:

Current Binary: Custom
System Status: Custom
Warrany Bit:1
Apologies if I am in the wrong thread/
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had the same on GT-I9595 and had to use a different usb port for it to flash correctly
Your phone is SHV-E300S NOT GT-I9500 and you're trying to flash i9500 rom on it. That's why it's fail.
Find SHV-E300S rom and flash it. It should work then.
(If I can remember correctly SHV-E300S and i9500 are different in modem hw. That should explain why it fail at flashing modem.)

... and you can find the latest firmware of SHV-E300S: HERE

Cannot Unroot i9505 to stock rom, Odin errors.

I cant seem to unroot my phone at all back to a stock rom. It looks like an authentication problem with knox, but im not sure.
The rom im trying to flash is the I9505XXUHOJ2_I9505YXYHOK1_I9505XXUHOJ2.
Ive tried using a pit file before and it ended up soft bricking the phone.
Im really sick of CM13 and 12 and I'd love to get back to stock.

On the phone, it says STAT [224,1440]
Enter download mode and read off the model number on the screen please?
The failure after trying to flash aboot.mbn indicates the rom being flashed has an older bootloader than the bootloader currently on the phone. Not sure if your phone has a downgradeable bootloader.
@audit13: I really need to read logs a bit more thoroughly.
That said, I think the bootloader can be downgraded, so long as the replacement has Knox included. I haven't tried it however, so you could just as easily be right.
The bootloader is probably not locked but I don't think a bootloader can be downgraded to 4.3 or older.
Honestly, I can't remember.

stock firmware of a300f for a300f/ds

hello, this is my first post, so take it easy on me, I have an SM-a300f/ds and I rooted the phone, it was on 5.0.2, it worked fine but after a restart the phone did not boot up and I cannot enter recovery, the only choice I have is download mode (bootloader). And I found out this issue exist. now in order to make the phone work again i need to install the stock firmware and i download one, it was "4.4.4 Russia" from sammobile, the result was fail. the phone was bought in Iraq, so could it have been the "country/carrier" thing that it failed?

Did u unplug the phone while it was downloading?
If not flash twrp through odin, then enter in recovery (you should able to do this) and wipe data, cache, dalvik and system, then flash the stock firmware
