well, It's not stable for usb devices plus its only for 4.2.1, guess i have to use my old device!

Is there any way to do a nandroid to an external source directly, bypassing the local storage totally,?
I'm not able to dump it locally as I'm almost out of internal storage.

Yes with an USB OTG cable... And a custom recovery compatible: TWRP or CWM.

Yes, waiting for that to arrive.
Is it possible to just use a standard mini USB cable that's used to charge the phone with TWRP and use my laptop as the external drive ?

In Build prop i found otg.test or smth and key was false I changed it to true and now I can connect my mouse and works well

Just can't be... There is no power on usb to activate mouse, keyboard, whatever...
Doesn't work on TWRP to.
.
I have enabled the function otg.test in the build.prop, no otg support here. checked with usb stick and mouse.
our phone dus not support otg.
This caused me a bootloop! Don't try it
