My wife has the Nexus S 4G (Sprint's Nexus S)
I flashed an ICS rom on it when she got it and dont recall the exact Rom right now but she is having some strange issues with it. When using Google Music it will randomly reboot then need a battery pull before it will boot again.
It seems to only happen with Google music. Anyone know of a really nice daily driver ICS rom for this phone?

IMM26 at the bottom. Its the leaked 4.0.4, I've used it but I recall a proximity sensor issue at times
is Gapps included?

I have the PAC rom flashed on my Nexus 4 and it works fine(with a few neglidgeable bugs) but how do i know that its the best or most up to date version of the rom out there? The one i have is 4.3 android and the zip folder is nightly-20131001. I know there are newer ones but how should i decide which to install? Also the feature for OTA updates isnt functioning correctly. It says server is Borked(yes not broke, borked). Is this a problem for me or everyone?

Hello there! I'm having problems with my S4 i337m (Rogers). I updated last month to the latest nightly of Cyanogenmod and I've been having problems with my mobile signal stopping every 20 minutes for around 5 minutes. Since then I've been using the Cyanogenmod M9 Snapshot release since that the only stable custom ROM I can run. Yesterday I decided to flash an S5 port ROM (Echoe) and I got the same result: mobile signal drops... What do I have to do to get this working because it seems that I can't run any other ROM other than Cyanogenmod M9 Snapshot. I really want to try all the ROMs out there but I just can't like this. What do I do? Do I have to update something? What's wrong? Thanks in advance!
I've been looking for custom roms with android 5.0 (lollipop) to flash on my Samsung Galaxy S4 SGH-i337m (jfltecan), however I can't find any. I know Cyanogen mod has cm12 for the jflte but not for jfltecan, can I still flash cm12 for jflte on my device or will it brick it? I used to have an s3 and I flashed carbon rom for d2att, edited some lines as to bypass status 7 and it worked fine. I was just wondering if I could do the same for my s4. Thanks!

I'm on sgh-i337m with cm12 for the jflte and it's working great you need to change the name of device in updater script and all is working

So you are not having any issues at all? I am considering doing this. Do you have a link to a guide you used?
I use the AntaresOne Rom from this Link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2557353 with my sgs4 (sgh-1337m) from Fido and the only issues are wifi is kinda wonky(doesn't always save network info, doesn't always connect, sometimes drops connexion, but it DOES work fine when connected) and battery sometimes drains really fast. NB that this last issue has been labelled "cosmetic" by someone who knows a great deal more than me about Android. I have NEVER had my phone run out of battery and shutdown., just some days at 6pm it says 25%, other days it reads 76%. Kinda random. About to test the "Danvdh's GPE Edition ROM" 5.0.1 Lollipop, will post when I can confirm working or not.

No service after flashing...
I was on SlimKat 4.4.4 which was good, but wanted to upgrade to Lollipop after seeing it on my Nexus 5 (which is now broken). I have a Bell SGH-I337M
I first tried the CM12 Optimized build, wouldn't ever get past the boot screen...
Tried GPE, and it installed and ran fine, but my service was cutting in and out (so basically useless)
Tried SlimLP, it also installed fine but I was having the same service problem as with GPE.
How are you guys installing these ROMS? The only info I could find to fix the problem involved modem/radio.. I tried flashing a LP modem with the ROM but it didn't work. And all the radio-related information was from 2011 so I didn't bother with it. Any help would be much appreciated, I've been messing with this for 2 days now and get seem to fix it

are you the only one in that thread with this problem ?
if not that's the best place to look, but you could try flashing the latest modem via recovery
your bootloader version is worth checking too, type the following in terminal emulator

make sure it's not kitkat or older

All bootloaders listed on that thread are outdated.
Unofficial CM 13.0 for i9500 is still in Alpha Phase. Could you try to install updated bootloader from GearCM 12.1 thread?

I didn't even read it as I have an i9505 last edited in 2013 lol...
Is the phone using the latest bootloader and modem?
