Hello Guys, I'd Like to know, what would happen if i install a custom rom developed for Device Like Galaxy Note ( NXXXX ) and Install it on Galaxy S4 I9500.
Considering that proceed everything succeed.

Your device can brick i you try install rom developed for other devices.

Hi, I'm new to flashing ROM's and really don't want to damage this phone.
It's a Samsung Galaxy S4 GT i9500. Is this specific enough? I've heard there are international and non-international versions.
I found this ROM which got good reviews here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4/?nocache=1&z=1058009516407261#romList
but I'm not 100% sure it's compatible.
Could someone tell me how I can be 100% sure?
Secondly, some basic instructions on how to restore the phone using Linux (Kubuntu 13.10 to be specific) would be great. This can be done through the USB port on both devices, right?

You need to try custom roms by yourself and only you can know which rom suites you. ?

Hi everyone ,
Well I bought a samsung galaxy s4 I9505 and when I updated it to KitKat I was facing a wifi problem it becomes greyed , I tried to flash it with different official rom but with no success. I've rooted it and it works fine but for me it doesn't seem to be a good solution. Now I want to know if there is a tutorial to install the AOSP rom on it maybe it will solve my problem once for all.
