Remove the ongoing WiFi notification on 4.3? - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshootin

Does anybody know how to remove the "ongoing wifi notifications"
I AM ROOTED on 4.3
i know you can temporarily fix it by:
• Tap and hold the WiFi notification
• Hit “App info” (or go into settings > apps > all apps > Android System)
• Tap “Force Stop” and yes to confirm
**After phone restart it comes back
I know you can also download notification off which DOES NOT work on 4.3 (it use to work on 4.2.2). Every time i restart the phone it comes back

Install xposed framework mod. Install Gravity Box or wanam xposed and remove the notifications you don't wish to see.

this is confirmed to work on 4.3??

Err.. It should as long as you're rooted. I haven't heard anyone saying xposed DIDN'T work on MK2, so I assume that it will work.

I use wanam and gravity box on hyperdrive. A few others too, like youtube Ad away and SwiftKey goodness on more fields.

Wanam doesn't work for this on my S3 with 4.3 ... That's how I got to this page - still looking for a solution.

No MMS with HyperDriver RLS12 (APN copied from stock slot)

Since I can't post in the dev thread I'll bring my question here.
I have an S4 on 4.3 mk2 with safestrap 3.7 running Hyperdrive rls12 from here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2520418
I have the wifi, gps, date etc working, but I get an error stating check apn settings cannot receive mms.
I've copied my mms from my stock rom slot and I've triple checked it and they're correct.
i did remember installing ad block plus when stepping through the install for rls12, but I can't find ad block plus and I've read on other threads that ad block plus could be blocking mms.
The rom is working great with the exception of receiving mms and I also think i found a bug where if you try to set the lock screen image touchwiz will crash.
Please let me know if you guys have any info on what I can do.
Thanks.
Just a heads up. I installed the ad blocker too running the same setup and mine works fine. I sent a picture to myself to ping the network. Sent and received. Double check the apn settings and use the original messenger, the other one doesn't work with att. Says so in the installation. I'll post mine. You might be missing a comma or something. Be extra sure...

i'll enable the stock messaging and see if that works.

I'm using TSF right now but I can check in a little bit. I installed the stock launcher not the nodded one with my magazine. Oh and the theme doesn't look cool in the dialer area when you are during a call so I chose stock theme too.

Thanks. I hope I don't have to reinstall the rom to swap to the other touchwiz for gs4.

Any help or suggestions?

I've had my N3 since day 1 but due to lack of a PC I was unable to root until last night. I was on MJE and rooted using Kingo with USB 3.0. All went well, got root, super user, installed safe strap recovery, etc. The problem I have is actual with the transparent weather widget I flashed. I am new to Safe strap but all I did was download and flash like I would've in TWRP or CWM and it was successful but afterwards I rebooted and I have some sort of issue with the weather widget gps and settings. See pics. Anything I missed? Or didn't do?

}
*Also should probably note that when I tap on the weather widget and the weather app first opens, for a real quick second it says "already registered" but it disappears too quick to grab a screen shot.

Yeah it was. I actually figured it out and solved my own problem lol. I had to delete the odex accuweather file that was under the accuweather apk file that i replaced. As soon as i deleted that and rebooted it worked. I just didn't know if i should or not because inside the system/app folder there were other apk files for other apps that had odex files below them too and those were all apk's that were stock/pre installed so I was hesitant to delete it. Took a chance and it worked out. I'll leave this up just in case it helps anyone else with newb tendencies like me lol. However if anyone needs to delete this thread or needs me to, that's ok too. Who knows? It may help someone.

Are you sure you are/were using ART with Xposed. When I selected ART with Xposed installed, it would default to Dalvik. I had to completely uninstall Xposed + Modules, to get ART to run.
ART Without Xposed

Was sure until I restored a backup that should have had it enabled which had it set on dalvic... And after reboot it does set back to dalvic... Maybe that's why I never noticed a difference... I apologize for not double checking
