i have a sprint s4 4.2 and after unlocking it for international use the device by downgrading the modem from MF9 to MDC
and after complete unlocking i put my gsm simcard on it ( not US simcard)
the signal is very very week inside my house and mostly without any signal . or it just return full signal after while but then directly get down until disappear .
today i flash back the MF9 modem back to see if is there any different.
but actually it is the same thing
and i have 2 other phone samsung galaxy s2 and galaxy ace all of them has good signal except my s4 sprint
please help me with this problem

Just wondering if it is possible to flash a modem from the At&t S4 version as their practically the same as the i9505.
I want to do this to see if I can improve my phone signals as I have been having a lot of problem of loosing signals lately. The weir thing is it is something that I only experience. People around me doesn't lose signal as me, so I can't say is relate to my carrier.
So can I flash a At&t S4 modem on my i9505 with out any harm?
Hello i recently bought a samsung note 2 ( sgh-i317m ) and was running claro network firmware 4.1 which was network locked and i purchased a network unlock serial and unlocked it. since i felt the 4.1 was so outdated i updated to telus andriod 4.3 via odin. everything was working fine for a day i was making calls data was working everything was sweet and yesterday out of nowhere i get a invalid sim card inserted/network lock. should i change to a different 4.3 firmware or what can i do? please help any suggestions on what can i do please helppp im clueless
Hi, I have my friends s4, he has Android 5 offical samsung rom, he installed it by him self, then he switched back to to 4.4.4 and network bars not showing, i guess it needs a new modem to be flashed, can you guys give me a link?

I have a rooted and unlocked Sprint galaxy S4 SPL-L720 on T-Mobile with current touchWiz Build # KOT49HL720VPUFNG2 Baseband L720VPUAMDC. Can anyone recommend a custom rom? I can't get the Data to work right doesn't even show 2G so data is real slow. MMS doesn't work at all no matter what T-Mobile APN I use.
WiFi and phone is only thing good. I rooted and unlocked running current firmware I got from a contributor. 1 1/2 years ago. Hope I can get some help here. Thanks
Help with updating PRL on Sprint Galaxy S4. Have twrp and cyanogenmod . Trying to activate my backup phone to use on sprint. my phone is not connecting due to needing to update the PRL. How do you do this when you are running cyanogenmod? Please help.
I have an sm s975l straight talk s4 tht runs insane kitkat . It still comes up as 975l baseband but everything else shows up as sgh m919. I get horribly spotty cell reception anywhere but in large city's so my question is , since this phone runs on att towers can I flash the modem and non-hlos files to it since it is also just a i337 w different firmware? that sounds like a very bad idea. just because straight talk uses AT&T's masts doesn't make the firmware compatible. a non-hlos modem must be changed together with the bootloader so even if it flashed it would cause you problems.
