Hello friends.... before a month time i was planning to buy a xolo q1000s... and was waiting a little to see the development progress in xda, (but nothing big yet)..
In the meantime i saw the release of Micromax Canvas Knight.. I'm spell bounded on it, for its look and specs :cyclops: .. Now i'm like mad to buy it :silly: .. But it seems this too uses MTK turbo cpu (please correct me if i am wrong..) So can we expect custom roms stuff for this model?? And what about kitkat update? any official news yet??

I have the same device, named Wiko Highway in germany.... and framaroot definitively works.
Aditionally: Wiko Highway has Corning® Gorilla® Glass but i don't know the version. Notification LED has two colors...
Battery performance is about 2-3 days with an intelligent Llama setting (or an ordinary power saving app like green power)

It's still based on Android though so it's not entirely a new OS or the future development of Android... and from what it looks like it's more of a new MIUI/Custom ROM.

u can remove that sidebar by titanium backup pro and with the help of an app u cna use multiwindow and multitasking
so.... smart dude...!!

Gimme its link. I try to see. But even it get booted in q700 ,the main prob is solving bugs.. which is a too messy work and time consuming!

Yup, it is the only thing which prevented me from downloading this rom though it looks very good...Ofcourse Vaibhav has said he will change the logos based on feedback which is appreciable..

Yes .. Its a partial port .. We are workong on OTA and google camera .. Bcoz 1080p recording is not getting enabled when using google camera..

Yes .. Its a partial port .. We are workong on OTA and google camera .. Bcoz 1080p recording is not getting enabled when using google camera..

Google camera has the same problem on stock rom.
You can put custom media_profile.xml and 1080p video work on google camera, but video record crash on stock camera.
so i have used stock camera.. as i don't want any sort of glitches or crashes on the rom
