As this is your first post you have only just signed up to xda so you should of read the rules when signing up
Best rom threads are not allowed - go to the dev section and read the op of each rom thread until you find one that meets your needs - By testing them yourself is the only way you will find which is best for you

Hey guys i wrote this thread asking for some help .
SAMSUNG GALAXY J1 (j100h) is a low end phone it's not that great but what makes me sad is that no one created any Rom or any sort of mods anything I have been searching the internet for a long time for roms and I really would like it if someone could make a simple lollipop Rom for my phone I would be glad if u could do this do me and many j1 users will be glad any developers or anyone who knows how to port roms please help
