No they don't.
Maybe in the future but as of today there hasn't been a single comment on it from Samsung, no leaks whatsoever nor anything regarding Lollipop for the SM-G900H, k3gxx. They kinda forgot this device exists.

[Q] rom suggestions ?

Kindly suggest me a rom based on 4.4.4 with most features and stabilty.
Just pls throw in your suggestions
Thanks in advance
All of them
If u want a stable ROM then gearcm11 is a good option. BTW there's no 4.4.4 ROM that has the most features and is stable.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2624467
You posted the question at the wrong place! and if you want a rom like that, stick with stock kitkat by samsung.

Just go to unified s4 development. But you need to use deep sleep battery saver. Otherwise massive battery drain. Or Use Gear CM 11 . Will be trying it out soon .if this battery drain persist.

Touchwiz

Does anyone know the best touchwiz ROM that is being supported right now
