There are three link of the same kernel for various models of phone Nexus, HTC, I love the double tap to wake, BLN, etc.
CyanogenMod 11 with this kernel could be very amazing!
Thank's.

[Q] Nexus 7 kernel w/ gesture support?

Is there Nexus 7 kernel with gestures support like on SGS2 with Siyah kernel:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1831254
Very nice feature, for example wake device by swiping screen.
in the work the sweep2wake in bricked kernel.we have to wait until dev do it,becsause a simple porting of the features from htc's devices don't works as expected with our elan touchscreen's drivers, and he has to re-write big part of code.HERE you can see an experimental video of it in action

Fvourite Rom & Kernel Setup?

What is you favorite and most importantly WHY?.
I'm currently on rootbox 3.8 which is a great rom, and very customizable witht he navrings, lockscreens shortcuts. And the kernel I am no using (since today) is the Matr1X 7.5. I can't judge the battery life yet but the fact it supports double tap screen to turn screen on and swipe to turn it off is fantastic.
So whats your favourite and why?
F*** Messed up title. Mod change it svp
Cm + franco

Carbon + Franco! I've read good things about both pieces and have been testing them together for a week or so; i must say, they both work marvelously.
CM + Matr1x.
I have really enjoyed the speed and stability that this combination has. Franco seems a little slower to me, but it is a great dependable Kernel. Trinity is also really nice. Carbon and ParanoidAndroid would be my two other favorite Roms, but due to CM being on a nightly update basis using CyanDelta it is quite nice to see new features daily rather than rolled out a lot at a time.

AOKP with ParanoidAndroid Tablet UI

Hi,
Are there any rom that is based of AOKP or provides all the features AOKP have but with the ParanoidAndroid tablet ui. AOKP Tablet UI doesn't work well on the Nexus 4.
The reason why I am not switching to PA based of CyanogenMod is the missing features such as the arrows on the nav bar while typing or the LED color when we get notifications, etc..
Try PAC Android, it's the combination of Paranoid, AOKP, and CyanogenMod.

Which is your current Kernel ?

The title says it all.
Just trying to find out which kernel is the most popular as of now.
You should add a poll so its easier to see the numbers rather than reading through an OP.
I used lean kernel and found the best. Further beast mode calm kernel was good as well for me.
Both worked awesome on my sm n9005.

Lean Kernel ftw.......oh, and why isnt it up there?
Sorry. I just missed it. While adding the polls I had a feeling I had missed something and just after posting the polls, I realised I missed out Lean Kernel. However I have sent a PM to the Mod to add Lean Kernel in the poll options
Francooooo

All I will say is that we are spoiled with some very good kernels on this device. The hardest part is deciding which to choose.
I use Franco and Lean so its hard to choose between the two.
Tried em all and Lean smokes em.

Franco all the way!
whats not fair is that lean kernel was the first custom kernel for the n6, on xda, and its not even listed above. only under others
I know that and I'm sorry. However sent a message to the moderator to edit the poll. Hope it comes soon as an option
yank555 one of the best http://yank555-lu.net/viewtopic.php?p=9286#p9286
Lean kernel!
Skickat från min Nexus 6
I like and use Sensei Kernel. I've used it since release 5 and the developer is on release 34 now. He has nearly nightly updates for his kernel and he upstreams the latest fixes and features from Franco, LK, ElementalX, yank555, and the Qualcomm CAF sources. So features are a day or two later than the others but he takes all the good stuff into one. And the developer has answered many questions personally on his thread. With all the upstreamed features, feedback and interaction, fast builds, and customability(CPU governors(20 of then), over clock capabilities, inteliplug, intelithermal, fiops scheduler, and TCP congestion control algorithms (notably Westwood out of the 13 available)) its perfectly okay to wait a couple of days for @RIPng (the developer) to release yet another awesome build.
Franco, FKU + smarter cat = win
For me is frsnco better than lean (better battery life).

Is there only 3 nougat kernels? Edit now 4

Edit there are 4 kernels now
Hellspawn aosp and cm
N4 Revival aosp only
Quanta aosp and cm
*Siani aosp and cm
Know any others? already released

Hellspawn
(but just like Hellscore, it has screen delay for calls and lockscreen freezez)
Quanta has a few Bluetooth problems specifically with Bluetooth syncing with wearable devices aka smartwatches
