is that possible to port the (Air Command) feature of Note 3 to our Galaxy S4 i9505 like Note 2?
it will be nice to be in S4 and run it just with one finger when we touch and hold a free place of the desktop

I mean the software cuz i know s pen only works for the galaxy note and galaxy note 10.1. I can always use a stylus pen to replace the s pen. Thanks for making my question a bit clear !!

Does anybody know if the Galaxy S3 C-Pen will work on the Galaxy S4 ? That stylus isn't listed in S4's accessories on official website.

I think it's a little more than a simple stylus. On my S III it works as well as my finger. On my Nexus 7 it's not very efficient. It works to unlock screen, and do some stuff, but I have to stress a bit to open an app for example.
i hope note3 small screen feature will come to galaxy s4.i liked this mod..if note 2s multiview feature came to s3(i dont know exactly) then this can be happen i think.

Some clever XDA guys in the S4 thread managed to port Note 3 SPen apps to the S4 (using finger or capacitive stylus instead of SPen).
So I tried their apks on my Tab Pro 12.2 and got Note Pro style ActionMemo working without problems (ie. with draw-around lassoo-actions for handwritten text).
I could not get "air command" pop up window installed or working, or scrapbook to work by drawing round a part of a window. (It works with the full window send to scrapbook). They say you have to open air command with a gesture app or shortcut widget, since of course it cannot recognize when you take out the pen.
I find my normal capacitive stylus works really well on my 12.2 screen (Handwriting, Sketchbook etc) so if the port works between Note3 and S4, it should work from the Note Pro to the Tab Pro.

Yes... I could have just bought the Note Pro, but I got a REALLY good price on a slightly used Tab Pro (T900)!

Is it possible? To use phones with no spens to use spen features? Like a button just to activate that spen menu with gif maker.. etc etc
You would need to adapt and port a Galaxy Note Rom to the S7 edge, if it could be done anyway.. as there is an extra layer of hardware sensors built into the NOTE screen, such as Radial Menu activation when SPen is removed.. also pushing the button on the spen itself.. activates and interacts with the phone.. the S7 doesnt have these sensors
Why would you want to do that anyway ... you can pick up a Note 5 or even a Note 4 or a Note edge pre-owned really cheaply now that the S8 is here...
Hello!! So i just used the s8 roms here. And I found the note features on the edge panels and more.
Yes because Samsung coded them into the S7 rom to make the edge more useful and less gimmicky.. but you still cant use the SPen, because SS want to sell the NOTE 8 when it arrives.. if they coded the SPen into the S7, there wouldnt be much point in buying a Note 8... but like I mentioned above the S7 doesnt have the touchscreen layer to use the actual Pen..
Just buy a NOTE 5 or wait for the Note 8
