Touch wiz camera - Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys, I recently flashed the 4.4 Google edition ROM to my galaxy s4. I am trying to find out if there is anyway to get the stock touch wiz camera app onto the Google edition ROM. I understand there may be issues with different frameworks?
Thanks

Only if a semi-knowledgeable person extracts the app and all necessary libraries from TW and build it into a flashable zip file. It was done for the S3 and worked great. Look in the S3 app forum here on xda.

Cool. It is definitely achievable through this method?

(Request) AltRoms- dualboot-extended bootloader

Hello everyone, I recently decided to use the extended bootloader to be able to have 2 roms installed. However only Kang cm7 is available as an altrom and I was wondering if someone is willing to package other roms with the necessary alt package. Thanks.
Edit 06/16/2012: MODACO GR9 has been repackaged as an altrom. Here is the link to the OP

Sounds great! I think a safestrap port would be the ultimate though. Hashcode??

Another stock Android One rumor...

I would personally love to get stock 4.2.2 running on my developer edition. I guess we should thank Samsung for opening up the possibility.

Well will the dev edition be able to install the stock AOSP ROM directly from HTC or will it be solely for this new Google Edition device?

Theme chooser

is it a way to get theme choose from cm10 on i9505 google edition rom?? pls help..
An almost certain no. The Google edition rom on the I9505 is for the most part the stock Touchwiz rom with an AOSP interface. As such the required CM components which the themer requires will be missing.
Ok man.tx

[Q] Watch On with AOSP/AOKP ROM...

Has anyone swapped to an AOSP/AOKP ROM and run Watch On? I want Carbon back on my i9500 but I don't want to lose this app... I love it. I currently have both the necessary APK's backed up on my SD so I can install after the flash but was wondering if anyone else tried this and if I should do anything other than have the Peel.apk and the WatchOn.apk backed up.
If it doesn't have the touchwiz framework built in like on the Google edition ROM the watchon app will not work

if anyone knows where such a rom is, please help =p and thanks in advance.
Try XNOTE they have an AOSP theme, in fact a few others probably do also, more than when I had my note.
