I have a question, i bought Galaxy S 4 Google Play Edition
(I9505G) from USA and know i am in Saudi Arabia (Middle East) and the LTE network doesn't work with me here, there is any way to make it work Plz ?

Operator settings and phone are not compatible with the system ROM

I do not know what you're trying to do, but look for the thread of DjeMBeY (OFFICIAL CSC Packages for Odin). There are any CSC
You can also get yourself to CSC from which rom want is not difficult

I Am in India .. I Bought AT&T S4 From US ... Then I Unlocked My Phone ... I Didn't Get Update From AT&T .. And I am using The AIRCEL Carrier Network . If I Am Using AT&T Carrier SIM Network In India .. I Will Update From AT&T via OTA ?

You could try but if the AT&T in India uses the different model of GS4, you might not get the OTA. And sometime, they might use the different rom/software for the AT&T India.
AT&T in US use (SGH-I337) model which you have now.
You should ask this question to the AT&T store in India.

I already have a N910C and it works fine in Europe (Greece) 3G as well as 4G.
A friend is sending me as a gift from Korea a N910K and i would like to know if the device will work fine in Europe (Greece) and especially if 3G/4G will work OK !!!!???

I was gifted a Note 4 SM-910C variant. It was bought in Saudi Arabia, however, I live in the US. How will the update roll out work. Will I get it when the update gets rolled out to saudi arabia? or when my carrier sends it? I have t mobile.

Yes, but flow the instructions for downgrade. Search Q&A as others have downgraded successfully whilst others get problems.
