You on 6.5.8 deodexed rom or odexed? You have to be in full deodexed (without single odex files) In the ROM... How bout u try ICCS patch...
Isn't cm7 deodexed? Where do I get the ICCS patch?
Edit ... wait I do see a lot of odex files.. which means that my rom is not deodexed, i suppose. Is there any way to get it working?

Nope... mik's Cm7 is not deodexed... Yes, flash my themed ROM, called Ice CyanCream Sandwich v1.11.12... But u nid to flash the ROM, ICS Patch Layout then flash the ICS Transitions then u can enjoy the wondeful goodness!
Alright Thanks
Hi...

Diazneoones
I'd first like to ask: is this safe? And what permissions should I set after I push framework-res back to the phone?

Isn't there another easier way of doing this?
Maybe something can be arranged to make this project simpler and bigger?
How you doin'? Greetings from my GT-I9000!
HI Dax....
Yep...i deodexed the apps completly and took the framework from it....
Diazneoones
Thanks. But you haven't said what permissions are needed after pushing the new framework-res to the phone.
Can you post a video or link me to a video showing off the transition??

Deodexing of an apk is mainly done to modify its source codes in smali language. Deodexing your system apps dosen't really increase battery life, but it does simplifies your system apps, so in a way you can say that it does. It's always better to deodex your stock rom.
