I'm flashed it over MJ1 and it's OK. Strange...

Got it I flashed CM 10.2 Rom and then the new modem and my baseband is MJ7 now. Afterwards I restored my stock rom backup and baseband is still MJ7

What is MJ1?Odin does not approach?

Here is the I9195XXUBMJ7 modem.

Can I install it on CM without getting the new Knox bootloader ?

yes, see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2545524

On my 9190 compatible?

When we flash the modem with Odin, we put the file on CP like the Galaxy S4 i9505 or in AP ?

I've put it in AP, because googling told me that AP would recognize it automatically as a modem.

Got it working using this:
Code:
Use Odin
Untick Autoreboot
Flash modem
Reboot once again into Download Mode using (Vol Down plus Home button combi)
Flash Modem once more
Once done, unplug then reboot device manually.
If this doesn't work, try repeating the flash process again while rebooting manually and with auto-reboot option turned off.

I don't know how and why I can't flash any modems with odin.
I tried many times on many roms and every time it was successful. But when I check my baseband it's always MJ5 modem.
How can that be?
Sorry for my bad English. I'm german.

Try this one mate
Turn off your phone and Boot into downloadmode
Open Odin
Untick Autoreboot
Select Phone/CP (.Tar file)
Connect both cables
Flash modem
Reboot once again into Download Mode using (Power+Voldown)
Flash Modem once more
Once done, unplug then reboot device manually.
If this doesn't work, try repeating the flash process again while rebooting manually and with auto-reboot option turned off.
The important thing is (as Repulsa says) to MANUALLY boot into download mode, do NOT use any options from an extended power menu.

But the problem is that I try the odin but odin does not change , I've tried several times does not change the modem , need urgent help
you should follow the guides to the letter, including remembering to untick autoreboot and also make sure that you turn off and remove battery before you boot into download mode etc i.e. don't use reboot menu or recovery reboot ,menu to get to download mode. if you follow the instructions exactly, it will work fine.

How to root Lollipop (5.0) Stock ROM - N9005 LTE Model

Hello ppl,
Please help me route me to the rooting my lollipop stock rom of N9005 LTE model with steps.
I've found lot of threads but most of them are not for stock rom and few of them is not clear enuf sorry to say that.
Thanks in Advance for your help.
Flash a custom recovery, TWRP.
Flash the SuperSU zip from the following link from that recovery, https://download.chainfire.eu/696/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip
Done.
There are some theads about that. I had the same question today (for me) and searched here
But, I'm answering to help you.
Since i've Stock Lollipop and LTE version (N9005) and rooted a few hours ago, here's the simpliest method I've found: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2466423
Resuming for you from that topic you only need to download this:
SM-N9005 (International Qualcomm): CF-Auto-Root-hlte-hltexx-smn9005.zip
That rar have the img file you need, and the executable ODIN too.
How to root with odin:
-First extract all rar files (to a folder for example)
-Execute ODIN
-Power your Note 3 into Download Mode (vol down , front key, and power button at the same time for 3 secs)
-Connect it to your PC (if on the phone says to confirm entering to Download Mode (vol up) do it too)
-Check in ODIN if you phone was detected (on ID:COM appear blue, or on the message log appear <ID:.....> Added!!)
-On ODIN click on PDA, choose the CF-Auto-Root-hlte-hltexx-smn9005.tar.md5 that you extracted from the rar file.
-Make sure that ONLY auto-reboot and f .reset time are checked.
-Press START.
Now If it fails because of something like Permission Denied or FAIL! (Auth) (check the ''Message'' on ODIN), you need to :
-get out of download mode (if necessary, remove the battery and put it again, and no, there's no problem with that)
-turn on your phone like normally
-go to Settings (General) - > Security, and uncheck Unknown Sources.
-Now repeat the process from the start.
If it PASS, yout phone will reboot, install SuperSU, reboot again, and work normally.
If you have a new app called SuperSU, your root is done Now you can use apps that requires root permition.
Note: this method doesn't requires a custom recovery.

To root the n9005, you could try cfautoroot if the ROM is supported: http://forum.xda-developers.com/idol-3/development/rom-6045-spb-1-0-stock-stable-fast-oc-t3392375
You could also root by installing TWRP and then flashing supersu from twrp.

Flash stock firmware via odin. you can download stock firmware from updato.com or sammobile.
Steps to proceed.
Boot the phone in download mode by pressing (vol down, Power and home button)
connect the phone to PC
Launch odin as administrator
Select AP and select downloaded MD5
wait for the odin to check MD5
make sure repartition is unticked then tap on Start.
edit: you can also try Samsung smart switch, but I personally recommend using Odin.
