I9100XXLPB New Samsung Galaxy S II Android 4.0 ICS update build leaked

More and more official Ice Cream Sandwich update builds for Samsung Galaxy S II are appearing every week. The latest one to reach Sammobile.com packs some UI changes as well as battery performance improvement over the previous builds. It is also said to be decent enough for daily use.
Flashing this is not recommended for everyone. Unless you know, how to flash Gingerbread back on Galaxy S2, don’t install this ICS update build.
Build Details:
I9100XXLPB, based on Android 4.0.3
A new firmware for the Galaxy S II is online.
This firmware based on Android 4.0.3 and got some new things.
This rom is still in beta/alpha fase but this one is looking really stable!
We of SamMobile can say: This rom is ready for daily use.
Samsung planned Galaxy S 2 updates in March
Some information about the firmware:
The firmware name is I9100XXLPB.
The date of build is January 29.
So only 4 days old!
We compared this rom with the latest ICS rom (I9100XXLP6)

Changes we found so far…
Interface: Kind of 3D effect when scrolling.
Battery: Lots better than early ones.
Faster: Feels the same as LP6
Touch: Same as LP6.
Overall: Better score in our eyes than LP6 .
Facelock: Same as LP6 working fine.
Task: Same as version LP6.

If you have a TMO US version then you can not flash a i9300 rom. I think the European TMO GS3 is the same as the i9300. You have to check your model number in settings about phone. You can only flash i9300 roms if your model number is a i9300

***Flashing a CWM (except for TF's Aroma-based stock 4.1.2 Jelly Bean) does NOT change your radio! You will have to flash your own depending on the ROM you choose. For GB ROM use GB radio. For ICS rom use ICS radio (apparently interchangeable with the T-Mobile S2 but no promises). For JB 4.1 use JB or ICS radio (preferably JB). If using anything newer then 4.1.2, MUGMC5 (Jelly Bean) radio is required.***

Tab 4 10.1 SM-T530 ROM with Working Camera?

I am surprising my daughter with a Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 either for her birthday or if she pulls all A grades this last quarter. So far, the tab is rooted with TWRP 2.8.3 installed and the stock ROM, but debloated. It seems that most CM12 based Roms have broken camera. What is my best choice for a custom ROM with working camera? Any input would be great.

Only the stock-based roms have working camera, anything cyanogenmod doesn't have the camera working yet afaik. I would recommend updating TWRP to TWRP 2.8.6.0, a lot of things have been fixed or improved.
Actually I might be mistaken. According to the OP, Cyanogenmod 11 has working camera. Obviously that's a kitkat rom, not a lollipop rom.

TWRP 2.8.6.0 for the Tab 4 10.1 confirmed working on SM-T530NU but I'm sure anyone with the SM-T530 can also confirm it's working, as repey6's signature implies
