Official 4.3 Update - Report the Bugs which your Facing here - Galaxy Note II General

As of the Official Update of Jelly Bean 4.3 has been started to Rolling out, the users who have installed started using it. So if you find any bug pls report here so Others can be saved.
As far am using it more than 24 hrs,
- Touchwiz is still bit laggy
- Few app including XDA app is getting FC
- Ram usage is high
- Battery is same
- Opening and closing of app is taking bit more time
- Still Finding

Is it worth the update or should I wait?

Stock browser with quick controls and full screen enabled doesn't hide the nav bar properly... A bug since first leak.

4.3 Consumes 1.3gb to 1.7gb ram never lower than 1gb. Same in s4. I prefer 4.1.2 its faster

Its better u can wait or Flash DN3 Rom.. but i can say this update is stable than S3 update.. less bugs..

The autobrightness is really bad
Even if I am setting it at +5 its really dim indoors as compared to 4.1.2
Really any idea how to fix it
Am I alone facing this issue

The "HealthService" starts, but I dont have the S Health app, and dont know why this service starts after reboot of the phone.
any one else with this?

Am using in -2 , for me its gud in indoor and in sunlight also..

With about 90 apps installed, of which BBM, WhatsApp, Vonage, LBE Security Master, Greenify, CSipSimple, Google+ and KeepScreenOn run all the time in addition to the usual stuff like TW, Messaging, GMS that runs with Android, My RAM usage with MK4 is 784MB. I don't find any lag in TW or in any of the games I play (except Ingress, of course - but that is an app issue).
I of course have rooted, disabled a bunch of stuff from loading automatically at boot, and frozen Sammy crap that I don't want or use. And no Knox.
XDA App is working perfectly fine, deep sleep seems to pretty good - lost 1% overnight after 2 recharge cycles. Auto Brightness is cranky at times - sometime stuck at lowest or brightest - but returns back to sanity after a display off-on.
Overall there is nothing new or extraordinary in the MK4 version from what we have seen in the leaks - except of course the knox status in the bootloader (I didnt care about it as am out of warranty anyways).
Haven't tried the stock browser with quick controls+full screen though, I rely on Chrome...
Xposed Framework with Wanam's module, per app dpi setting, message notification to toast, and then some more - all works great.

Can I ask, I just need some clarification: are you running a stock version or a custom ROM?
If it is the stock, which Open version are you using?

This is a stock ROM, the only changes being removing the Knox related apk and rooting. I'm not sure what you mean by open, can you explain on it?

Any of you having issues with official rom should join me in using DN3 custom rom for note 2 with a bunch of note 3 features and very few bugs.

And, as much as this may seem like a stupid question, could you please show me which one you were using? I assume that you have upgraded and forfeited the "warranty void" issue for the new ROM?

I am running that ROM at the moment, and to be honest, as much as I love it, there is still the issue with the screen off when the phone is in use, And the leg you get upon finishing the call itself.
Apart from that, is a fantastic update.

Major update but with few bugs.
When installing an app from play store, the downloading process is smooth but just when the installation is about to complete there are frame drops for a second or two and it really annoys me as a heavy play store user.
Frame drops and touchwiz!!! Brother's for life!!!

I'm getting the odd FC, but it's very rare. I had to force a reboot twice since upgrading, but I've also been using my device like crazy and installing a lot of apps as i test this new firmware.
My only real gripe is that bringing up the multitasking list (long press home key)takes longer than before.

I upgraded to the INU ROM that got released - http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/3/?download=21880 - that is open India I guess (and there is no other 4.3 official ROM released yet? At least that's what Sammobile says...)
Code:
Model: GT-N7100
Country: India
Version: Android 4.3
Changelist: 2099172
Build date: Sun, 10 Nov 2013 06:00:26 +0000
Product Code: INU
PDA: N7100XXUEMK4
CSC: N7100ODDEMK1
MODEM: N7100DDEMJ9
And yes, I voided my Knox bootloader warranty - because I bought the phone from Singapore and didnt have India warranty anyway. And the phone is more than a year old too...
I see a delay in the caller number or name getting displayed when someone calls me (ringtone sounds, but screen is blank), but then that's nothing that can't be fixed with a build.prop edit.
I dont have a lag anywhere, at least nothing I can find - I have made a few tweaks to the PegasusQ parameters though (reduced freq_step from the default 37% to 5% so that all the frequencies of the CPU are used, Set the cpu_up_rate to 12 and cpu_down_rate to 16, set the hot plug frequencies to 600-400, 800-600, 1000-800 and hot plug run queues to 175-175, 275-275 and 375-375, down_differential to 10, sampling_down_factor to 1 nd sampling_rate to 30000) based on my experience with earlier stock and non-stock kernel performance.
I'm overall happy about the update, though we could have been shown some more love from the S4 / Note3 devices

Clipboard options have been removed and multiwindow isn't working.

are you refering to the n7105 Nordic 4.3 that release 2 days ago? can u put that in title or OP. n7100 users might get confused. (crazy cousins) think its about them......

Using Note without rooting or custom ROMs

Would you see any problem with me using the international version of the Note without rooting or using custom ROMs? Are there any annoyances you're experiencing with the stock ROM? Will Samsung actually update this device for atleast a year? My U.S. Samsung devices never got updates, but that might've been mostly the carrier's fault
Unrooted note?
I haven't rooted my note yet, and I don't have any complaints. To be honest, I really don't see a reason to root it, at least not until a functional ICS ROM is available for it. As for the updates, the main update we're looking for is ICS which I'm hearing may not be available until April though.
Ive not rooted my international Note either.
Love it!
Sent from my GT-N7000 using XDA App
I've rooted mine only... but to be honest I only did it out of habit.
I don't think I've actually used root for anything and will only use it to install ICS if CM9 hits before the samsung release.
I'm only rooted. Nothing more.
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda premium
I'm just rooted and CWM'd... Until either a semi-stable full featured CM7 port comes out, or even better, a CM9 port, I can tough it out waiting. One thing is for sure though.
I WILL GET TOUCHWIZ OFF THIS DEVICE ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.
It's slow, it's laggy, the home button takes a CRIMINALLY long time to return to my homescreen from just about every app... it's the worst.
Samsung Galaxy NoteNexus. That'll do =)
Same here , didn't root it yet and loving it but would definitely would root it to tell the difference in two....
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda premium
I haven't rooted it yet. I see no point. I used to root for taking snapshot in previous Androids. With GS2, I rooted to install few custom fonts. The only reason if I will ever need to root Note would be to install AdFree but screen is so big I don't mind few space taken away by ad and morally if I am using free version, developer should earn something from ads.
I didn't find a reason to root it either,I usually do it to install the Armenian fonts but the GNote came already installed.
The unit I have is fast and no lags so no worries in that front either.
I have rooted neither. I would only consider when stop getting OS upgrade. I will wait for ICS till then have enough to enjoy.

I agree, that lag sucks!
The lag is caused by voice control. Voice control is activated by pressing the home button twice, so when you hit it once the phone waits awhile to see if you're going to hit it again.
I rooted though I told myself not to...I'm just hooked to it!
Seriously, I like freezing the bloatware and deleting stuff that take up unncessary space and also cause my phone to slow down. With ICS, I believe one can just delete the apps without rooting, which will be great.
Based on my experience with the Galaxy S and S2, ROMs are just not worth the effort for me, except for the very lightweight ones that are deodexed and not much more.
I believe you can use the phone unrooted, unless you have itchy fingers like me.
I am Rooted, as you know second most reading thread 'How to Root' i hav wrote, n i cant stop myself unrooted. But really i can say some must things you can define 'need' are such
- To use Titanium Backup(really itz boring jobe to restore all application n setting withot it)
- If your place dont support Google Navigation
- Use set CPU (really battery sucks without this
- N atleast for me 'Root call blocker'
More thn this i dont think any must use for root.
Even myself have wrote thread how to, but i hav not pushed CF root till to my device
Incidentally if you use the superoneclick method of rooting there is an "unroot" feature built in as well.

I just singleclick rooted, so I could backup and freeze apps. None of the custom roms interest me yet.. Haven't installed cwr either.
Freezing voice control gets rid of the home button lag, good advice!!

Dr Ketan,
Can you please elaborate on the following points:
1. "If your place dont support Google Navigation"
How does rooting your phone help getting Google Navigation to work? Navigation does not work in my area, so would be good if you could share some tips.
2. "Use set CPU (really battery sucks without this)"
Are you under clocking the CPU in order to get better battery life? Can you give more details on this? Won't this make the phone more laggy?

I've rooted mine, but have not loaded a custom ROM. The main reason for rooting is for running ClockSync, Titanium Backup Pro and Theft Aware (now Avast).
Rooted.
So I can use Chainfire 3D for a night mode.

I understand there is a method by loading a modified Google Maps / Navigation APK that removes the unsupported location message. I had a brief look at the process and seemes a little complicated and I just use NDrive.

No. I was very skeptical at first about this, but I have run SetCPU on my Galaxy SII to test and performance was great and it seemed that battery life was also no problem. I installed SetCPU on my Note soon after I rooted it and have felt no performance decrease. SetCPU has a "ondemand" setting, this will change the speed of the CPU according to the needs of the apps running. Much like the SpeedStep technology found in laptops.
SetCPU has a nice info display and it shows the "Time in State" from this you can see what time your CPU is spending at each MHz increment. It stands to reason if 80% of the time the CPU is running at 200 MHz it's using less than running at 1400 MHz.
I've included a screen cap of the Time in State display from my note.

Yes sure i will guide, how you can activate google navigation in india
First Download this
Now you have req Root, and Root explorer app, b'coz you have to remove maps.apk app from Sys/apk directory, and replaced with above said application.
Anyway there is still one method, which doesn't require root, but you wil get double icon each fr lattitude, map, navigation etc(with minor difference)
if you need navigation in india then you can use that modified version of map. I mean new modified version which allow you to use navigation will install along with original map.
for this download this, and simply install like other application.
Now regarding Set CPU, i think somone hav already answered n explined nicely.
After installing SEtCPU, you will get control over CPU speed(directly affect battery performance)
e.g. If you add profile when screen is off, CPU set to 500 mH. then definetely your battery drain diminished < 1%/hr in idle state(screen off) compare to > 2 % with 3G n Data on idle state
There won't be lag issue b'coz you are under clocking in off screen state only.

I just checked it today hehe.
Information (I'll update as I find out more information):
ROM type: It's not a wipe rom as I installed over KIES. It left all my data as it was.
Install time: pretty fast, like any other ROM.
Speed of the phone: This build is FAST. I haven't had one slow down yet! For example, in whatsapp I've always had it load up and for every contact I have a picture. In my last build, I could see the list come up, but then every contact picture would load (and it took less than a second, but I could see the process go from no picture --> loading one by one, very quickly). Now they're all loaded instantly. No waiting. Applications start VERY fast, but I guess there is still some slowdown. Unlocking my phone is even faster than before. I believe the distance you have to drag (or maybe speed in which to move) has been reduced in turn reducing time to unlock.
Lag: OK. There's still some lag here and there. Overall I feel like it's faster. Hopefully more ROMs in the future will fix this.
Touch screen sensitivity:I find the screen sensitivity just fine. Very sensitive to be honest.
Battery life:will update after more usage
Update about battery life:
[Day 1 Statistics]
I had Endomondo on for an hour with GPS tracking / 3G / bluetooth wireless headset for music (55 minutes to be exact). A couple of phone calls as well for a total of maybe 35 minutes of phone calls (all over 3G). Wifi was on most of the day, as you can see. I've never had "awake time" this high before without having the screen on. I found that strange. I'll do a battery pull now, and hit the sack!

Something wrong with the keyboard. I use the T9 keyboard in portrait mode and now when it auto selects the next word, it does not get deleted if I type a new one.
Before it would show the word but if I pressed anything other than SPACE, the word would be replaced with the new one I am typing. Now it stays and my new word gets tacked on the end!!
I just changed to the qwerty keyboard and it seems to be related to the predict next word option. I have now disabled this for the present time. Rats!
Dave...
which country is my phone from? CSC and PDA seems inconsistent to me and I am starting to suspect that is the problem behind the lack of OTA's for me or updates from KIES.

NO, DBT only means free phone from Germany.
All of those who for example bought it from Amazon.de have this phone. It is absolutely free of carriers and customizations!!!
It has been said before but people keeps getting confused and confusing others!
It is very popular since it was one of the first places where it was early available.

thanks will try this update as a last shot. was about to return my phone to amazon.de in the morning. they dont have stock anymore so no chance of replacement and only can get refund as per amazon.de help line. their next stock is only expected after 1-2months apparently as told to me today. so stuffed unless this update sorts the issues with my phone. (crashing restarting, wallpapers changing to original on its own, some apps laggy, file browser very laggy, video player crashing almost all the time and unusable, screen freezing and restarting etc).
will try this update, hope it works as i like the phone otherwise and will buy a note from elsewhere but atleast 50-100£ more expensive now elsewhere including amazonuk now. dont bother ordering on amazon.de now as i was told today by them next stock not sure when and at least 1-2months away. anyone who bought from there cant get replacement now and only repair or refund. i had emailed for replacement but reply says refund. same confirmed on phone call. the first customer service ***** that i got on my international call hung up on me!!!! the second chap on my next call was helpful even though he couldnt do anything as no stock. was told after they get phone back and process it may take upto 4weeks for refund! same said on website. so no phone and no money either.
It feels faster to me as well. The touchscreen also seems more responsive. I play a lot of chess on my Note, and I can see a difference when I'm dragging pieces across the screen. Perfect for all those times I'm in time trouble.

define "mine is fine"
because is common that the thing that uses more battery is the screen, but in android 4.3 is android system, but I think the battery is not bad at all...
In the other hand:
- super smoth
- ir enable
- better bluetooth
- sixasis support
the only fault that I see in 4.3 GPE (beside the battery report) is the camera app, it is just not good =/

My definition just means i can use it all day without the bigbdrain sense 5 was giving me. (4.1.2). I guess I'll look more into it since I just flashed yesterday. Also for camera, at least for me, it works fine. Of all the phones I've owned I've never messed with the settings (filters, iso, etc) just because I've never needed to. Plus I have a DSLR camera to do that . but that's me.

I am thrilled with the 4.3 update. I have had zero issues and battery life is very solid. My wife finally took the plunge from her iPhone 4 and I picked her up a ONE yesterday. While settings hers up, I realized how much better Stock Android is just due to the smoothness and simplicity of it. In my opinion, Sense 5 is still the best manufacturer experience to date but it's still too cumbersome compared to plain ole Stock Android
My battery life seems to be decent. I don't notice much difference than when I was on sense. I do notice the high android usage but as gunny said, I think it's being misread as it doesn't seem to be having a negative impact.
Also I know some have mentioned low signal. Again its just the way its reported because last night I had two bars and I was pulling speeds in the 20,30,40mbps range. Which I think they must have upgraded some towers because here in NYC with all the network congestion I usually pull 9-15mbps on average(depending on location)
Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4
My only issue on 4.3 is a lower LTE signal. I am only getting 1 bar now, and I used to get 3-4. The battery is good, even with that weird bug.
Does GPE 4.3 still has the 3 dot menu button?
proximity sensor bug is back,

How often does this happen? I was on a call yesterday and I was testing the sensor and it was super sensitive I thought. I barely put my hand over it about 2 inches and it shut off the screen .

How do you receive the new 4.3 update.
I have been trying "System Update" under "About" for days now, and there are no update from Google.

Yeah, 4.3 is all sacked. LTE ping is slow as a turtle. 4.2.2 everything was snappy. ADB doesn't work, screen off proximity sensor, when phone is off the charge animation doesn't work when rooted. Its not the root process. My nexus 4 & 7 have stock ROM and supersu installed.. No problems. What has HTC done!? Back to 4.2.2 I go. This 4.3 blows.
Look at this junk! Wow.. Horrible Horrible update. 4.2.2 was at 20-30% system this is at 80%+!?!? Horrific.

Regarding the proximity sensor bug, I briefly flirted with the complete Google Play edition conversion then decided to return to completely stock sense. I started blindly messing about with mids, cids , firmwares etc. I eventually managed to run RUU 1.28.401.7 successfully.
I factory reset my device for good measure then proceeded to install every subsequent update and I am now on 2.24.401.1 and I factory reset my device after every update. Everything appeared good and I have set my device up again with what I would consider to be a very clean install of the stock sense rom.
......Then ring ring and there it is...the dreaded proximity sensor bug
How can this be??

My good buddy has the HTC One for AT&T. I rooted it for her and all was well. Next thing she finds out her proximity sensor borked. She called att and they went thru a process to see what the sensor was on.. The sensor should be at 50 and the reports came back that her sensor was at 0. Hearing more and more of this sensor bug, makes me think its more of a hardware fault. Its only a matter of time till the sensor completely flakes out and dies.

Any idea how they found out what the sensor was at?

KitKat update worth the headache?

Just hoping for some user experience on stock kitkat vs custom .
Currently using Free Xperia 302 based on CM 10 JB 4.3, I cant find a single thing wrong with this rom. It's very fast and stable, GPS, camera and netflix working great!
Should I update, is the os as smooth as JB 4.3 cm build? I would imagine it would not because it is not ASOP. But is it that different in speed?
I personally don't see much of an advantage and you're probably getting great or better performance already. I guess some points come to mind:
Pros
-Small Apps will return with stock
-I like the Sony UI
-I don't know if you've installed a compatible IR blaster with your custom rom but if not you'll get that functionality back with stock.
Cons
-SD card permission problem (but I guess you'll still root)
-Apparently there is a battery drain issue with Google Play Services on 4.4 (and opting out of interest based ads in the settings is supposed to help)
Thanks, I'm not upgrading. Cheers!

Thanks for recommending this ROM: installed it last night and wow! Installed
omni-4.4.3-20140614-pollux_windy-NIGHTLY.zip
Its flawless! Games look better and game frame rates are higher I'm coming from CM 4.3.3
All hardware works; GPS, Camera, etc. Netflix too. I uninstalled DSP manager and replaced with Viper4android. So awesome!! KitKat 4.4.3; it is so buttery smooth and stable; no crashes of FC.I recommend everyone at least try this build; its money! I'm so glad I didn't upgrade to official Sony Kitkat ROM and that I saw you post. Definitely will be sending a donation tithes guys for doing such a good job. This will be my new rail driver.

Well, you see, this is just one of the BIG KK-Disadvantage.
So Upgrading to KitKat is a QuiteVERY BIG AND BAD DISASTER! A horribly bad mistake that many people (incl. my self) trap into!
If you install CameraMX for example, make videos and photo-recordings etc. then let's see what will happen, if you deinstall/uninstall it...!
Android 4.3.1/Lower: All Recordings will stay. Only the app itself is deleted. Even on the External Storage you'll keep them all.
But since 4.4.0, your recordings will all be erased forever.
Thank you Microsoft to introdûce MTP just for Zune Player. A good alternative to Mass-Storage. No access to File System=Inrecoverible!
And if your BootLoader is Locked, the „Factory_Data-Reset“ will WIPE, SAFE DELETE OFF ALL FILES so that the recoverage-chance would be absuloutelý dead!
But: If MTP would not be there, maybe GooGLE would have made something even worse!
Google has done every version very well. But since KitKat, theý, the Programmers and Android-Enginierrs did actually ruin it all!
Well done, Google! Good JOB!
Top 4 Worst KitKat-Versions:
#3 - 4.4.0
#4 - 4.4.1

Some another KitKat-Problems:
>WiFi not stamina (Only for 4.4.2)
>Battery-problems because of task „Android·OS“ - Only 4.4(.0) and 4.4.2!
>64% of all 4.4.2 users have battery-problems with Skýpe. Google recommends you to UN - INSTALL!!! ! ! - Have i got to give a comment about Googles recommendation??? ? ?-Well..., i don't think so. So what...?
>And many other problems. If you want to know more, then ask me.
If you haven't got a XDA-Forum Account but you want to know...
Well, then just NOT UPGRADE, if you don't want to take any risk!
>New Accent-Colour (betonungsfarbe) of the Status-Bar.
>WiFi and Network-Status ↑↓ is not shown up anymore „to avoid battery and useless CPU-Usage. “
AnD THE WORST:
More and More phones START WITH KshITKAT!
The first KK-Statrer was the Nexus 5. Well, it's a Google-Phone, so it's got the newer „better“ version!
And ALL S5 Variants too! (S5 +S5Mini+Active+Sport+all others.... like LTE-A)
All new HTC One, luckily not the MAX.
Sony Xperia: Z2 and Z2 Tablet, Z3, Z3 Compact and the Z3-Tablet·ComPact!
Galaxy Tab S, Note Pro, Tab 4.
And many others too.....
Did you think that you see all the others by pressing the button (eine Schaltfläche) you'll see all other ones? Probably yes...!
Best JB-Phone: Samsung Galaxcy Note 3 - Only Upgrade to the newwest BaseBand-Version of Jelly Bean! The Galaxy Note 3 is the World's best JellyBean-Phone

The Note 4 has 4.4.4
But i hate 4.4.2
4.4.4 is still much better than 4.4.2.
We should be getting 5.0.2 this month or early next month, which should bring some worthwhile changes to the table.

It is pretty good, I can confirm that logcat dos not show any errors. There does not seem to be an autobrightness issue. However, I do not like the design..

No, I use the sense version. It has some bugs but for me it is acceptable (you wont find a perfect asop).
I just had one bug where I needed to take out battery (I could not unlock the screen although phone was still alive).
I installed this with the flashtool. It seems okay, and the interface (bog-standard Android?) is more familiar (to me at least) than the Miui interface.
Problems so far:
* seems not to support 5G WiFi (the Xiaomi ROMs support 5G WiFi) [Edit: miraculously, 5G WiFi is now working! ]
* battery percentage not shown
* can't see the patterns that you are drawing, if you are trying to protect the lock screen with a pattern
* my antivirus program doesn't like any of the themes apks that the Theme Manager is downloading (perhaps these are false positives - but I happen to trust my antivirus program)

What kind of screen on time are you getting? On the AOSP ROMs I struggle to hit 2 hours and day of use so i went back to MIUI.

Yes, pattern unlock is a bit tricky, you need to draw an invisible pattern before Smart Lock becomes available. Then there is an option to make the pattern visible. Maybe proceed with caution

Here are excerpts from comments I posted about the rom in another forum:
"A couple of days ago, I noticed the new Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Cinafoniaci AOSP Rom on Needrom. It took my interest because the creator, Simone Quarrera is also the developer of Space MTK Tool [project to update MTK Droid Tools for 64 bit devices].
I have been using the rom for a day plus & so far it is excellent. I am most impressed that the latest version of Xposed Installer ran immediately without issue. Last week, I tried AOSP Rom V3 by MD Steam, but Xposed wouldn't work, so I quickly abandoned it. I was resigned to staying with Miui & waiting for WSM Tools [Xposed alternative] to be updated to Miui 7. But now, I am happy to be back in familiar aosp territory. I like some things about Miui, e.g. beautiful themes and the stock apps, camera, compass & browser [smooth flash player]. I have made a custom backup of my last miui rom, so can go back & compare some time.
On first boot, the rom gives the option of retaining apps & settings from the previously installed rom. I didn't choose this option, preferring Titanium Backup to set up. Here are some features of the rom:
Material TWRP 2.8.7
Mobile Space Tool – includes Xposed, SuperSU, ADBD Insecure, Eng. Mode, Cpu Freq, Viper4 Android FX, Custom Themes
Stock Launcher is similar to Nova/Apex but with less options & can be coupled with the rom's themes
Miravision & ClearMotion
OTA updates – work in progress, I think
Notification leds working, but are not included in System Settings. A third party app is necessary. I am using Light Manager.
Battery life seems similar to Miui 7. Here is a screenshot of screen on time with battery at 57%:"

I think the developer will appreciate any feedback on bugs. Probably, the best place for this is Needrom [unless you're able to post in the Italian forum].
By the way, I don't use a screen lock, so pattern unlock is not an issue for me....
I am really happy with this rom & will likely stay with it. When I have time, I will under clock to see if battery life is extended. On miui 7 v. 5.11.1, I under clocked to 1.625 Ghz as the phone felt hot in the hand [I live in a hot climate]. I was surprised to see that on screen time life extended way beyond 6 hours [note: not 'normal' conditions, i.e. at home, wifi on, mobile data/gps/bluetooth disabled; ds battery saver to limit wake locks ]. Under clocked, the PC Mark Battery Life Test result was 6 hours 56 minutes [average for RN2 is 6 hours 4 minutes]. For me, under clocking didn't affect performance on the miui rom. Edit: Under clocked to 1.625 ghz → some lag in task switching/opening apps, no improvement in battery life.
@kusala thank you so much for your review
I was thinking about trying aosp too, mainly because of xposed and because some things of miui need to be improved yet in my opinion
However I need to decide between this and delirium proyect, maybe I'll try both. Did you try that one?
On the other hand, just for curious why are you so xposed dependant? Which modules do you need more?
And...anyone has a reliable zip for recovery of cinafoniaci?
Thanks

I haven't tried Delirium. The reason I flashed the Cinafoniaci rom is because I have seen other work by the developer & have confidence in his ability. If you contact Simone via Needrom with a request for a custom zipped rom, he may be able to help. I made a custom backup of my last miui rom, so wasn't concerned about using sp flash tool.
Re xposed, I currently have 13 modules installed. The ones most useful are Gravity Box [so many options], RecentApp Clear [improves recent apps in the Cina rom], Fix Lollipop Memory Leak, YouTube AdaAway & Xposed Torch [vol up activates torch when screen off].
