I was invited before 11:59PM PST on Monday, November 11h. My friend whom I know personally informed me that his deadline was prior to midnight. He filled out the form with my email address. So now I am still waiting. What are the chances that I will actually get a purchase code? I am very eager, I have the money in hand, and I'm ready.

Your friend can contact Glass support and an if his form got submitted in time. If it did then you shouldn't have anything to worry about!

Got this email today.....from Premier Service that my Atrix is on back order!!!
I ordered the phone Saturday night around 10pm. I have the email confirmation that it being processed then today got the email that it was out of stock....
I called AT&t and they confirmed it was put of stock until further notice.

Got the same email and I pre-ordered 2 hours after it was available for pre-order!!
If I had to guess, I would say that it is backordered because they don't have them in the warehouse yet. It doesn't surprise me, since they aren't due for release untill March.
I don't think that this email means anything. Its is probably just autogenerated because the stock is on the premises.
I just pre-ordered today (in-store at around 12:30) but everything seemed to go through smoothly. It says "Will arrive in 2-3 weeks" on my receipt (which would mean on or before the 6th of March, just like the ads say)

I think you might be right......I think it is just an auto generated email. When I called AT&T today the rep did not know what he was talking about. He told me I would get my Atrix 2 business days after it is shipped...duh.....
Sine I didn't expect to get it until March 6th I guess they have time to make more! I started to panic at first but the more I think about it...its not a big deal. They have time to make ramp up production......
the email can't mean anything. i ordered one hour after preorders were up and i received this email today.
It's 'backordered' because it was a pre-order.
I've now had that email twice in the last five hours...for a Premier Atrix pre-order.

2 days processing, 2 days shipping. I didn't get my shipping notification until the day it was going to arrive so don't freak out if you don't get it the third day.
I ordered a 16GB on 23rd and still have not got any shipping mail. Today is the 3rd Business day and maybe I should get a shipping email in a day or two.

Ordered mine on the 24th, still not received my shipping notification

It sounds like I got lucky. I ordered the 16gb version at 1 AM Friday the 23rd, got the tracking number later that morning, and it arrived on Monday.
I ordered mine on the 23rd and have not gotten my confirmation email. I called today to make sure everything was OK and they said my order was still processing.

I ordered on a Saturday, it shipped in the evening on the following Monday, and arrived Tuesday (the next day). I'd say this was quicker then average times though.

I ordered mine at 6:30pm on the 23rd and I still have yet to receive a tracking....I'm so jealous of you right now.
I just got off the phone with Google and they said that the problem is that the nexus 4 orders are backing up the he us 10 orders!! I was told my order has been approved and should ship within the next day or so. I originally ordered on the 23rd.

I ordered mine on 11/26 and the order posted to play as the 27th, I assume because it was 5:30pm on the 26th when it was "received" (according to the invoice) in CA and that's after business hours. I still haven't received a shipping notice.
I spoke to a Google Play Rep about it to make sure it processed correctly. I wanted to be sure there wasn't any trouble in the transaction since I recently had Identity theft issues.
He told me that it had charged my card successfully and was in processing and would most likely be Friday before it shipped and I would get it Monday at the earliest but probably later and that if I hadn't received it by Friday of next week to call them back.
So that "Delivered in 3-5 business days" Google play posts in the fine print is a not so reliable way of saying it'll be 3-5 before we mail it, Maybe.

Their customer service reps keep telling me it will send the shipping info email the same day I keep calling them. What a lie! I placed my order from New York on Monday Morning 11/26/12 everything went through i even called to make sure and i have not even gotten a process completion email with a tracking number yet if i dont get anything by friday im calling them and demanding them to send it overnight at no extra charge....its all about the customer my friends! even though I am upset they dont sell the Nexus 10 in stores and have to go trough this whole process...I can say I am really excited to receive my new toy!!

the wait is very agrivating Im waiting for mine as well, and can you beleive they dont let you cancel your order...i ordered 2 by accident ( the other order got declined since i didnt have enough funds for both) but they cant cancel....i think this will be the last time i buy an item off the Google play store

I received my Shipping notification at 1:05 pm today. When I got the email and checked the tracking number, It was already in the Nashville hub and will be out for delivery tomorrow.

Wow this is totally unfair if you ordered it on the 26th and I ordered on the 22nd. Completely upset with Google now. I still have no delivery confirmation email. Congratulations on getting your nexus 10 btw.

i preordered my Ouya in feb on the same day the preorder changed from march to June and i haven't gotten mine at all not even a tracking code

You said pre-ordered, you mean on the website? Those are not shipping out yet. The only people who have them are the people who backed the Kickstarter last year.
If I'm reading this right and you pre-ordered it on there website (or affiliate like Amazon), it doesn't ship until June 25th, which means you should get it sometime between June 28rh and .July 5th (give or take).

Who did you pre-order it from?
Well I preordered in September via the website and only just got notification a few days ago that it had reached the distribution centre and that I will get it in next two weeks.

Yeah, they pushed it back to June due to manufacturing times being longer than expected. Being such a brand new company, the fact that they are not only shipping out the product with only a few months delay AND the product is really good (personal opinion) shows a lot. I would support this company in any further projects they do.
I got this email from OUYA on the 8th of June.
"Yep... it’s true.
Your OUYA has arrived at our distribution center and we expect it to land on your doorstep within the next two weeks (give or take a day or two depending on your location).
Be on the lookout for a confirmation email that will follow once your shipment has been picked up for delivery and which will include your personalized tracking number."
I still have not received my confirmation email or any kind of tracking number, but it should be here around the 22nd according to the email.

Two weeks ago they reply to my email and claimed that my shipping address was wrong. but I haven't heard anything from them since then yet.

I preordered February 5th which was the last day to get "an April shipment". However, they sent me an email 8 days ago saying its on it way and I'd get the tracking number shortly, but havent gotten one yet.

I preordered 9th September got email 11th June saying dispatching, another email with tracking on 15th with estimate between 18th june and 8th july.
Doesn't track yet but was dispatched via dhl packet plus which dhl claims 3-8 days for European deliveries.
Your not much different to me it seems given 5 month difference in preorder.

Eeeek. I'm beginning to think even the June 25th launch may be in trouble. Unless they're basically pushing all the units to the retail channels and making the pre-orders/Kickstarters wait, since we have already paid - the "screw those guys" mentality.
I was not a Kickstarter backer, but just a pre-order customer. I ordered mine in late January or early Feb. Just got my tracking number today. It says it will be here between June 20th and July 10th. I will let you know when I get mine.
Sorry to hear about the people who ordered earlier than me, and have not received any information. I emailed them in early May about the April ship date, and it took about a week for them to respond saying that they had my order, and I was not forgotten. I thought they had forgotten about me too.

Ya I was a early kickstarter backer and I think they sent a bum tracking number a while ago and that doesn't even include the extra controllers. They really suck at supply chain management.

I received my tracking number on the 10th this month. 10 days ago. Needless to say that I am still waiting.
As far as I am concerned the whole Kickstarter idea was good. Bad management however forced them to stockpile wholesale orders before Kickstarter backers all had their OUYA. Backers could have accepted, grumbling, any delays as long as they were supported by proper communications. Sadly OUYA's communication skills are even worse then their management skills. And from what I read, their programming leaves a lot to be desired as well.
This was my first Kickstarter project that I backed, and I am very disappointed by how this is all working out.

They posted a blog entry yesterday which stated "T-5 Days To Launch". So some of us will probably have to wait 4 more days until shipping.
I've cancelled my order, I'm going to buy on the day of release.
I pre ordered in January and never heard anything from them. I E-mailed them 2 weeks ago and they replied back after 10 days stating they had trouble verifying my shipping address, so I wouldn't receive it until after release day.
The ouya support is a massive turn off. It feels like the setup is being run from a teenagers garden shed with a couple of friends helping out when they finish their paper round.
Are these people meant to be professionals in their field?!
I wonder how long until I receive my refund...

I was a day or two away from trying to cancel my order when I got the email saying that my order was at the warehouse ready to be shipped. I keep trying to track it, but it still has not shown up on the dhl site yet. The email said writing 24-48- hours it would be trackable, but it is still not there yet, even after 72 hours. Hopefully it comes soon, won't be much of a pre order if it comes after it is available in stores.

I think that's what all of us are afraid of: Amazon not receiving stock day 1. FYI, Google Play store is still showing the Nexus 9 as shipping on the 3rd. The obvious (big) difference is shipping: $3.99 vs $18.99 for next day delivery.

I feel the same as @danlo. I think I will wait until I hear back fro Amazon CSR Christopher. I have been a prime member since it started and I order a lot through Amazon so hopefully that will cause them to get back to me on what is really going on and if there is a delay, how long. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
Everyone email Amazon about this. Maybe one of us will get a proper response.

I'm in Georgia. HTC e-commerce store activities are handled by an intermediary called Digital River, Inc. (DRI) who (according to their site) also handle e-commerce stores in the US for Samsug, Lenovo, Logitech, Adobe, Microsoft among many other well-know consumer tech brands (did a very brief info search). So most likely DRI doesn't have physical presence in my state, for which I got tax exempted (unlike Amazon that now collects taxes here).
This is just a standard reply they send out for pre-orders. After a set number of days passes and an item has not shipped the system sends out an email. Same thing happened to me months ahead of my PS4 shipping. If you check your order status you will see it is still set to ship on Nov. 3rd.

Glad to see that you got that message. So if there are not going to be delays win Amazon, why the "#$%"# did they have to send that e-mail alerting that "as of now we don't have a delivery date"? What's the deal with that?
(I guess I have to say that this pushed me to change stores which allowed me to save the tax charge, so at least something good came out of this mess for me)

So friday I realized that this past weekend would have been a month since I got my Note 4, thus a month since I applied for the Samsung $200 rebate. I emailed Prize Logic:
Hello, I signed up for a $200 Samsung rebate on 10/23. I received a confirmation email saying I should hear back once approved and then it takes 6-8 weeks to get the check. I'm fine with the 6-8 weeks part, but it's already been 2 days shy of a month, and I've still yet to hear if I'm even approved. What is the hold up? My Confirmation Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Thank you for your time.

Nice, you think perhaps they would email me when I was approved like they said they would. Then again, this is the same marketing company who royally screwed up a Note 3 promotion, so I had little faith to begin with. Anyway if you like me have not heard anything, try dropping them an email.
What email address did you email to? Did you submit your info online or mailed it in? I had to mail mine in as my pre-order receipt was like 5 pages long.

I submitted my information online on the 23rd and did receive email confirmation that they received it that day.
Actually, you are semi approved.
I got the email that the rebate was approved.
In small letters below that it added that it was subject to verification.
Dont you think they would do that before they approved the rebate?
What email do you contact them at? I wanted to ask about mine, but I couldnt find any contact info...
Did you buy through Verizon? How did you get things rolling so quickly? I think I'm going to miss out on the rebate as just last week I got notice that my old phone had been received by Verizon (mail in trade in,) and I should hear from them in 4-6 weeks. How would it be possible to get the Samsung rebate when I didn't get the phone from Verizon til Oct 23, thought there would be a trade-in envelope there, but there was just a link to follow to submit my trade-in, which it then took a week to get the mailer, and another week and a half to get a response that it was received and I'd get a price/receipt in 4-6 weeks..

I am on Verizon. I bought a brand new $30 "smart phone" at Best Buy already knowing that Verizon viewed it's trade in value as $10. I walked into Verizon on the 23rd. I handed them the phone and they gave me a $10 gift card which shows came from a trade in, and I then purchased the Note 4 at full price minus the $10. That afternoon I took a picture of the paperwork, magically got their website working, and submitted the form and paperwork.
Has anyone received their check yet from Samsung???? (or Prize Logic )?
I also received the reply but have yet yo receive the check. I will update when I do. I was just worried it didn't get accepted.

I received an email from them on December 8th that I was approved...I too am also waiting for my rebate check. If your approved why don't they just send out the check? It says 6-8 weeks it shouldn't take another 6-8 weeks to get the check once they approved it! GEESH
Well, it figures, they are now violating their own terms and conditions, it is beyond the 8 weeks they stated. If we go by when the submission went in, then we are closer to 3 months. They now are passing the blame to Samsung!
If you are one day late in your submission, too bad. But they get to take their sweet time!

More the reason I'm flag glad I could use Best Buy for instant rebate with no hassles.
It gets even better.
When I called prize logic, the phone goes straight to voicemail and part of the message includes a statement that if you are calling about the Samsung rebate then they will not return that call.
Apparently customer service is nothing that prize logic is concerned with.
They never responded to the facebook post or message I sent them.

Great News! If you have previously received notification that your rebate has been approved, your Samsung rebate check is being process and will be received via USPS by Friday January 23rd, 2015. It will be delivered to the address you used while registering for the rebate.
We sincerely apologize for the delay, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
PrizeLogic changed their Facebook page to private so we could not post to it!

Just as an FYI - You are not a customer of PrizeLogic, Samsung is their customer, and from what I have seen around its more likely Samsung has held back the rebates for a little extra intrest before releasing them, could be true, could be garbage, I am at 9 weeks today since I received my approval with a 6-8 week wait.

I'm happy to announce that for all those Samsung customers who have been notified that their rebate was approved, Samsung rebate checks are being placed in the mail tomorrow. If you don't receive them by Friday 1/23, please let us know.
Then they are sending my check next day air? Im betting they were not telling me the truth when they said my check will be delivered Friday.
