Avoiding Freedom app - Java for Android App Development

There is a app called Freedom that allows to get all in app purchases in another app for free.
I found that some users are using this on my app.
It seems that this app just simulates a fake credit with infinite credit.
I tried searching for running apps by packagename when my app starts up, but cannot detect this one
Anyone with the same problem?
How can I avoid this?

Does that app hack the Playstore payment method or does it change the game data of your app? If the latter one applies, does it do that by modifying files or by changing variables in the RAM?
If it modifies your files, you could either decrypt the saved data or save a hash and check whether the hash matches the saved data on startup.

Mod edit: Please don't ask about hacking in app purchases. If it can be purchases with real money, it shouldn't be hacked, and definitely shouldn't be posted on xda, see rule 6. Do not post warez.

Leave this kind of request off XDA - right?

Lucky patcher, is it safe?

Wanting to try on my main device but on my other device it came up as malware. I got it from up to down.
I'm wanting to try it to fix ram expander, on my main phone. But I'm afraid to kill everything. Right now I'm trying on a tester device. But as of yet afraid to play with a real device that matters to me. Lol
Moderator Information,
Lucky Patcher is considered warez on this site, due to the fact that it can allow users to get in-app purchases for free. As such we do not allow support for warez apps. Please have a look at our forum rules:

[CLOSED] Is it possible to have free spotify premium on wear os?

Has anyone tried to use wear modder (or any other method) so we can have free premium spotify (no ads and unlimeted skips) on wear os ? (I was thinking of using an already modded premium apk and make so it can run on wear os or remodding the already wear os running app so it can have free premium, i would have done it myself but i have no knowledge on even how to run wear modder or even mod an app )
Thread closed as warez related discussions are not permitted on XDA as per Rule #6:
