I don't think the use of the word "merger" makes any material difference to what were already aware of. Google plans to operate Motorola Mobility as a separate entity, and states it won't favour it over other manufacturers. This was a purchase for the numerous Motorola patents it holds.
Although I hope it will make a difference to Motorola's device support and updates, etc, I don't think it will - certainly in the short term.
They had plans of managing Motorola as a different company, but the merge possibility was presented to the shareholders and 99% of it D) said they want Motorola to merge with Google
well it sounds great, i hope that means faster updates for motorola users!
oh..i kinda like it...Lets hope Google will spreading the Motorola handphones here in Malaysia..cause currently only a few selected models sold here..a few i mean very little...

Maybe you know it's only sold in Turkey. (I don't know if it's sold in EU or somewhere else than Turkey.) And I guess you live in Armenia. You can simply travel to Kars, Iğdır or Ardahan, even maybe Trabzon to buy.
I'm not sure will it be sold international.
