Works well on rooted stock ROM Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 T311 (Android 4.2.2). However, would be nice to have at least one "network option" - show / hide network traffic icon.
I installed this on my Tab 3 8.0 T310 (not T311) and stupidly did not backup any files.
My tablet reboots and works fine, but I don't see a navigation bar nor a home screen. I get a black screen witht he home icons on it.
How can I restore those 2 files? Do I have to flash the clean stock ROM and start from complete scratch?

In my original post, I stated that I installed this on the stock ROM and my status bar disappeared. Blissiminnent states that it works fine on his custom ROM (Fastdream).
In your last post, you state that it will only work on stock.
Do you see your contradiction? I'm not trying to cause problems. I just want to use the mod but it broke my stock ROM.

i mine this Mod only work for Original Stock Rom Deodex JB 4.2.2
even though costom rom fastdream or bindroid bassed from Stock rom deodex to sometimes not work
because in custom rom have some mod else.. and this make Mod crash if installed in custom rom..

This is how I did it;
Coming from Sweet ROM LSA 4.1.2 with philz kernel
(I imagine any tw based 4.1.2 ROM / Kernel would be fine)
Put ROM Zip & Gapps on SD Card
Boot into CWM Recovery
Three Wipes (data/cache/dalvik)
Format preload
Format system
Flash ROM
Flash Gapps
Reboot
NOTES
ROM will boot with Chinese language. You can change to English at setup. These are the only 2 options.
You will need to setup keyboard to English input
You can remove bloatware from system/app with Root Explorer or similar. (You will need to remove some as ROM takes up all system space. I removed all live wallpapers, Chinese bloatware, Kies, Mini Diary etc from mine once up setup).
I am not supporting this ROM. I just made it to test but seems to be working fine. Play Store is working for me without issue.
Devs and cooks are welcome to use this as a base for their ROMS if desired.
I may make a new Sweet ROM from this base but as yet undecided.
DO NOT FLASH IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING
Flash at your own risk. Just because it works fine for me it doesn't mean it will work for you.

Flashed and working, however the weather widget is having force close when you tapping on it; phone dialer also doesn't fit to the screen. But a nice rom still.

open flashable zip with e.g. WinRAR or 7zip, drag and drop 'su' out of /system/xbin to your PC, then drag and drop 'su' to /system/bin from your PC, then save and close the zip and flash it again
Just think the braver of you guys should also try this... latest leaked JB firmware for Hongkong Note, which is the international N7000, from a Chinese Sammy firmware forum http://bbs.52samsung.com
Note, this is the complete odin package together with csc, modem and even pit files, which suggest this could be a (near)final product. The naming is a bit odd, though, namely, the change from LSx to LMx...
However, I just flashed it myself, butter fluid, LSA, or C should shame themselves to death...

can someone add spanish language to it? I am dying for a near perfect JB leak. I just can't wait any longer for the official version.

Philz kernel is a stock kernel. It's just added with new Cwm. Even if you flash his kernel, the kernel will be stock. If you want stock recovery the supersu zip.
Hi folks, anybody seen or now a working Mod for our Note 3 Stock Weather Widget in transparent style!? I didn`t found any here.....need for SM-N9005 deodexed on latest MJ1 FW!
EDIT: Just extract it from another ROM, works in transparent! Just replace this with Original One (safe original before!)! Works!

There is 50% transparent and full transparent but i think never see stock provided in apps & themes section. Download stock rom & extract from there. Or you could try S5 widget here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2691800

If you have trouble with the mod, the reason a missing busybox in your rom.
Install the missing busybox then will all reboot options works very well.

Attention!
New odex version created. This version can be flashed on ROMs with or without enabled ART.
If ART is enabled= you can flash this mod, but it change nothing...
If Dalvik is enabled= the mod works...
You can now change the runtime to 'Use Dalvik', after the restart works the mod, fine. Without a new flash.
Only change from ART to Dalvik! Then work the mod...
Settings -> Developer options -> Select runtime: Here must Use Dalvik selected!! Then will the mod work.

It's working on stock rom. I used TWRP and it's working, you will see the options once you select the reboot option.
Its a bit different, on my note 2 if I did a long press on power button I had all the reboot options but on the nexus I get the options only after selecting reboot.

It work's fine with a Google Stock ROM. Stock ROM is a Rom based on Googles Hammerhead Firmware for N5!

I've installed the original Google Firmware, unrooted and odex, then i flashed the odex Mod and it works fine.

No, i'm not on a AOSP based ROM. I've installed my own rooted and deodexed Google Firmware Stock Rom.
For those where it does not work: Which ROM have you installed?
- SW from Google (stock), rooted.
- TWRP 2.6.3.1
I suspect the issue being ART - I have it enabled -and bootlooped.

The stock rom is odexed .To use custom roms apps in stock you need to deodex it.Themes only work on deodex.

then i will place the apps to my deodexed stock rom and then i will build it
