You shouldn't have any problem!
Try it and if it does not works remove the apk from/system/app and done.
I'm using it at the moment and it's very good.
The only thing that I don't like is the transition from the most left panel to the most right panel (or the other way)... This is not a problem when using a live wallpaper, but when you use a static picture it is not very pretty...

Is it possible to disable the sound notifications when I open one folder? Where?

I've searched a little and I found this port to Galaxy Nexus: [ADDON] Samsung Galaxy S3 Addon including TouchwizUX [CM9, AOKP, SlimICS]
and this one to SGS2: [PORTED][ALL-ROMs] TouchwizUX from Galaxy S3
I've installed the port to the Galaxy Nexus (manually) and it worked.
Now I've the launcher, some apps and widgets of SGS3. Some widgets and apps require Touchwiz framework to work (the one ported to Galaxy Nexus is working in U8800).
I'll try to do a flashable zip...

Does anyone have a port of the new PA feature Hover? That is what im most excited about at the moment.
I realize it may be too early for a port to have been made. Does anyone know if its possible for this feature? I can only assume it is, this is android after all. Is anyone already working on it?

I hope you like it. Chose holo blue and original JB wall with AOSP apptray button (all resized, JB AOSP had no xxhdpi-directories)
updated to version 1.0.1: apptray button shadow fixed
updated to version 1.1.0: appdrawer menu color changed (screenshot) to transparent black

This theme doesn't change icons, I use Icon-Changer (no root) because it fits with the wallpapers and buttons
install instructions:
install like any apk and apply in Themes (4.4.2+) for 4.3 same, but you need root and superuser mod or patched services.jar to make it work
For noobs:
How to apply themes?
1st method: long press (or like zoom out) in Xperia™ Home > Themes > choose which you want and press "apply"
2nd method: Settings > Personalization > Xperia™ Themes > choose which you want and press "apply"
