[Q] MD5sum of latest MokeeOS 4.3? - Defy Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey guys,
So, I just downloaded the latest nightly of MokeeOS 4.3.1 (MK43.1-jordanplus-201310310137-NIGHTLY.zip). None of the mirrors have the MD5sums of the ROMs and my current pipe to the net is not the most stable, so if there's someone out there who knows the correct MD5sum for this file, let me know.
I suppose I should be posting in the dev thread, but being a new user cannot do that yet, so sorry

[Q] WANTED: OpenVPN tun.ko and tap.ko for MyTouch 3G OTA Froyo (FRG83D)

I am using the Official T-Mobile Froyo 2.2.1 OTA Update.
Build Number: FRG83D
Kernel version: 2.6.32.9-27237-gbe746fb
Note that the Kernel version is slightly different from the Official 2.2 Froyo OTA Update that was on Droid. (I think it was Droid... dunno.)
I was able to root my phone with that T-Mobile ROM using SuperOneClick 1.5.5 under Windows. I installed BusyBox using the APK in the Market.
Now I want to install OpenVPN. I have not been able to locate a download of the tun.ko or tap.ko modules for this kernel version.
- Can one of you crack developers post a link? All I really want is a binary.
- Barring an easy fix like that, can someone tell me how to find that exact, specific kernel tree? I am happy to try compiling it myself, but I don't know how to get the correct tree (so that the compiled .ko files will have matching kernel versions). Also, I don't know how to compile the kernel for Android. (If someone can point me to a HOWTO, plus the right kernel source, I will try it and upload the binaries if I am successful.)
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

[Q] How to update V6 supercharger

I currently on update 8 on my NC. How do i update to newer V6 supercharger?
Funny you should ask. I posted a guide last night.
The guide was meant for the ICS builds. If you are running cm7, you only need to download the latest update of the script (attached) and skip to step 5.
If you are running any build of the current source (from 2/11 on or so), then everything you need is attached to the post. It is a long post and may look daunting, but it really pretty easy.
The files you need are attached to the post and they work with both of the unofficial builds being posted here nightly.

from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2383143
for 20130818 seems to be missing from the sf.net mirrors?

[Q] [ROM][MIUIv5][JB-4.2.2] Multi-Lang MIUIandroid 3.9.27 For d2att

Hi guys,
I am trying to find the latest MIUIandroid rom for I747m, which I think is version 3.9.27 found at this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317545
But when I try to download it from the link mentioned in the above thread (page 1), the download is very slow and never finishes downloading, beraks at like 60megs.
I already tried to download it at different time of day..etc always the same issue.
Is there another mirror with the file? Also, which file should I download Multi-Lang MIUIv5 JB4.2 d2att 3.9.20 REBASE or Multi-Lang MIUIv5 JB4.2 d2att 3.9.27 (what is rebase ?)
both files have the same downloading issue.
I am very new to the anodroid rom flashing world ( this will be my first flash) and new to this forum. I apologize in advance in case I am not downloading from the right place or posting this in the wrong topic.
Please help,,
Thanks a lot,

[Q] build CM7 for Galaxy Y GT-S5363 from source

Hi all.
I have successfully flashed PsychoGame's CyanogenMod 7 ROM for GT-s5360 together with its kernel.
Now i would like to make some changes in the source code of CM7 and to build it from source. Unfortunately i have spent already 4 days without success.
Those are the steps that i did:
1. I have downloaded CM7 source code from git://github.com/CyanogenMod/android.git -b gingerbread
2. I have cloned PsychoGame's totoro device code into /devices/samsubg/totoro
3. i have connected my device via USB and run the script extract-files.sh which successfully extracted all files.
4. during the building i realized that the above script extract all essential files (like camera related), so i cloned PsychoGame's vendor directory from github.com/PsychoGame/android_vendor_samsung_totoro.git
5. now i realized that the file cyanogem_totoro.mk in the directory vendor/cyanogen/products is missing. where i can find a suitable file?
i have found somewhere such file and succeeded to build an ROM, unfortunately CWM does't let me to flash it because the assert command checks that the current device in "totoro" but it fails. i have tried to open the zip file of the ROM and to delete the assert command but CWM still can''t flash the new ROM.
can somebody please help me with some guild about how PsychoGame built his last vertion of CM - CyanogenMod 7 Alpha 5 Release
Thank you very much!

Hi all.
Can somebody please give a small guide for how to build percy's CM7 ROM from source?
which directories in the CM7 i should replace? does the process of building is the same as with official ports?
Thank you!
