This is the wrong thread for your question but to answer it, unfortunately no there isn't a way to get the s-pen to work like it did on your note. The S4 doesn't have the digitizer to for it. Your best bet for a stylus would be a capacitance one.

I guess that's something we'll get with the next update (hopefully). That is assuming it's got to do with camera rather than any other sensors.
I don't think airview will work well with your finger as your finger or a capasitive stylus requires too much real estate to register. Where the s-pen can be very selective due to it's size.
This has been made on some devices, but I'm not sure the Note II's screen is compatible.
As far as I know the Spen has an onboard transducer that communicates with the phone, so unless you embed a transducer in your finger it's not gonna happen anytime soon.....lol.
I think he means the same feature on s4.
It should be possible for the note 2 as well unless the screen technology on s4 is something completely new.

Click to collapse
My apologies - I did'nt know the S4 could do that, but I'm pretty sure the note 2 talks to a transducer in the Spen - read it somewhere.

[Q] Is there anyway of converting/outputing S4 to tablet screen?

Is there anyway of converting S4 to tablet screen?
I've seen certain phones are capable of this, also I've heard of the Samsung Spider Laptop. So wondered if there was any device which would enable this.
Wait for ParanoidAndroid, I suspect we will see a build before too long. Especially on the I9505.

I think you misunderstand me, I mean the S4 would in someway output to a hardware tablet screen. Like the Asus PadFone 2

(Q) any way to get the function solving from note 10.1

I have the note 10.1 and find the formula function useful, anyway to get it on the s4? I have the note keyboard with the handwriting function so I figured it shouldn't be too hard

Does the s4 have the magazine thing like note 3?

I'll probably have the chance to trade my HTC One for a s4 and one thing that's holding me back is blinkfeed. I know the note has my magazine and I was wandering if the s4 had this or there was a port.

I have it on mine, but it's cause it was ported from the note 3 on the hyperdrive rls12 rom. I don't think there's one on the stock rom that comes with the s4

If you mean something like "Flipboard", it has it.

Anyone moved from S4, how's the vibration of S5?

As the title asks, how's the vibration of the S5, especially who have bought it from an S4? Is it like S4, like very weak, or much stronger?
Those who found S4's vibration strong enough no need to comment
Thanks.
The same as S4.
Thanks. Someone however said it's a lot stronger than S4! Hmm!
That is the thing I like only on Samsung devices...Lol.
