did you use fastboot flash recovery recovery.img ?
after that you were not able to get into recovery?
Was the 802 ROM a modified stock ROM?
If it was a stock modified ROM then find an original AT&T boot.img, you can download any ATT ROM and extract the boot.img. From there get back into fastboot and flash boot.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img
once you have boot.img flashed you should be able to boot into Android. Do not go into recovery and wipe or format anything.

Can you get into recovery? Which recovery you have? If you can get into recovery, then flash the PA ROM again so you can get into fastboot, download CM for the 800, extract the boot.img from CM and flash that boot.img

turn the device on holding the power down key and power button, as soon as the bootscreen comes up...release the buttons and re press them immdeatley.
this should put you on the recovery screen, hopefully from there you can restore your phone.
cheers.

from fastboot flash clockwork recovery if you are not using it and then see if you can mount USB storage. Not sure if it is in twrp or not. Did you use the CM boot.img from the D800 CM 10.2? It should have boot. Did you wipe system?

if you mean not only unroot but also reflash a stock rom, you will have to boot to bootloader(by press vol+ and power to turn on your phone) , then flash clockwork recovery
-place the recovery3101.img in the tools folder and type the following command
fastboot flash recovery recovery3101.img
Click to collapse
then select recovery
and at last flash a stock rom just like you flash superuser.zip
You are running stock recovery (Most likely due to stock rom loading the stock recovery on your phone every time it reboots. So just connect your phone to PC and flash cwm recovery then you can unroot your phone easily.

Help! LG G2 Stuck on fastboot

Okay, this is the entire story.
I rooted my LG G2 and planned to flash a cyanogenmod 11 on it. I managed to adb my zip file to my phone. However, when I tried to boot my phone into fastboot mode, and install the zip, it just stuck there. saying something like fastboot udc()... I can still power on the device and get back to the stock rom but that is obviously not what I want. So how can I get to recovery? And by the way, I managed to factory reset the phone earlier, (before it stuck in fastboot, but it just cleared the data and restarted). Does factory reset delete my cm files? Thanks
Why not just go back to stock and start over from there? Put your recovery and ROM on the phone while stock is running and then use a program like Flashify to flash TWRP or CWM. You know how to do the rest from there I'd imagine.

I have tried that... the ADB stopped working and no matter what recovery software i used, it always stuck on the fastboot...
So then you can't get back to the stock ROM? You said in your original post that you could. And if you can do that, you should be able to do the rest without using ADB at all.
Once it's stock and running, put it into MTP mode while plugged into your computer, copy the recovery, ROM, Gapps, etc onto your SD Card partition, then download Flashify from the Play Store and use it to flash your recovery of choice.
Once your recovery is flashed, you should be able to boot it into it when Flashify asks you to reboot. If that doesn't work, you can download Quick Boot from the Play Store to boot into recovery on your stock ROM.

Yes I can get back to the ROM

OK. I think there are some misunderstandings. I tried to factory reset the phone from the settings. the phone went to fastboot and stuck there. I pressed the power button and it launched the LG Optimus UI. but that doesnt solve the problem. I still can't go to recovery mood. it would just stuck there forever until i press and hold the power button again. I know, it is kind of weird

Can't boot into recovery using vol down+power but can boot normally

Hi,
I can't boot into recovery using vol down+power but I can boot normally into OS and from there I can boot into recovery through ADB or third party apps.
I was trying to update my OP2 with new OxygenOS 3.0.2. As my device was rooted so I had to do it manually using TWRP. Till now I was able to boot into recovery by vol down+power.
Before flashing I wiped everything(dalvik+cache+system+data), rebooted into recovery and flashed the OOS3.0.2 full ROM. At this point the installation was successfull but I was not able to boot the OS, it was stuck on the loading screen. After several attempts to boot OS, I finally tried to boot into recovery to flash again, but I was unable to. When I press vol down+power for few sec, the phone switches off with a vibration.
Later I found out that I was supposed to use a modified TWRP. So I flashed the modified TWRP via fastboot and flashed the OOS3.0.2 full ROM again, Now I can boot into OS normally but still I cannot boot into recovery by vol down+power. But the interesting thing is that I can boot into recovery through ADB or third party apps.
I tried flashing the TWRP recovery again with no luck. I thought this could be a problem with boot.img which is contained in ROM itself so I also flashed the ROM again with no luck. Also I am absolutely sure that this is not a hardware issue with by volume buttons as I can use them properly when I boot into OS.
A quick thought, is it possible that the boot.img of the ROM itself is broken? Seems unlikely as I am not seeing anyone else having this issue. But if it is, is it ok to flash the boot.img from OOS2.x version ROM, will that be compatible? Just wanted to be sure before doing this.
Any other thoughts are welcome.
Are you used this command for flashing twrp??
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
You should add "flash", otherwise it won't install twrp in your mobile
yes I used that command only

After flash recovery use this command it will help to boot in twrp "fastboot boot recovery.img " without quotes
yes I know that, thats how I booted into recovery from fastboot for flashing the ROM. But I should be able to boot into recovery by vol down+power. That is why I posted this question.
Will you please send me screenshot of cmd?? after flash recover

My ZE550KL is rebooting automatically

When I switch on my asus after the first screen it reboots again and again. I was on the rr when it happened. I tried to install other roms, even the original firmware with back2stock too. But again the same problem. I want to flash other official firmware with fastboot, but the phone isn't recognized by fastboot even though i have installed all all all driver.
What can i do?

flash boot.img via recovery twrp
if you still have twrp, go to advance wipe, wipe cache-system-data-dalvik/ art cache and internal storage. Then back to twrp main page and power off phone via twrp. Then boot your phone back to twrp(volume keys + power key) then install custom ROM and gapps. See if you can boot up.

Yes, okay, but what boot.img? The original asus one? Or boot of the rom?

Hey guys,
I'm experiencing the same problem. My zenfone 2 laser Z00L keeps restarting on the second asus logo for hours. It loads the android, but it takes hours for this to happen. I've already tried several different firmwares via fastboot, several boot.img and several recovery.imb (all of them related to each other).
Could anyone please help me?

1.download latest firmware from official site(mm x. x. x. 1998)
2.put it in sd card
3.update from sd card via stock recovery (flash if using twrp) use the recover version lower than the downloaded version
4.wipe data/cache
5.restart
6.While booting (on boot animation) press and hold power button and restart it.
Hope will work bcs i hv faced it too my phone wasn't booting up(as was stuck on boot animation)

Question Help with Nothing phone stuck in Fastboot mode (A13 Beta 1.5.1)

Hello,
I was trying to downgrade my phone from the beta to Android 12 and it's now stuck in Fastboot mode. Won't let me enter recovery. Tries to boot but just stays on the nothing logo. My bootloader is unlocked. I'm assuming I need the same firmware I was running to reload onto the phone. Any other files needed?
Thank you so much! cheers

I can't enter recovery mode. Only fastboot.
Flash boot and vendor_boot and you'll be right back in recovery
If it's not booting try set active slot to either a or B and flash the images mentioned above

I'm having a similar issue coming off a fastboot stuck device. I guess I managed to delete the recovery mode from slot B so I can't get into fastbootd to flash some of the lower level partitions to make my fingerprint sensor work.
The vendor_image is the recovery?
Did you guys find any solution? I am stuck with my phone stuck in the bootloader mode and I can't seem to do anything.
Here's what I did:
1) Unlocked bootloader while being on NOS 1.5.1 Beta. Successfuly did it.
2) Restarted my phone to bootloader mode and flashed dtbo, boot and vendor_boot from SuperiorOS 11th Feb build.
3) Proceeded to restart to recovery as mentioned in the instructions but instead of restarting to recovery, it restarted to bootloader.
4) Stuck in bootloader mode ever since!
Nothing seems to be working. I have tried literally everything but cannot get past the bootloader. Please help. I don't have any secondary device to use.
