I know its not strictly a Note 3 issue but was hoping someone might know why:
My device doesn't show up as an option in the Play Store. So I cant browse for an app and push the app to the phone.
I can browse the app store and pull apps down FROM the phone... but I would like to be able to do it the other way like I can for my other Android devices..
I'm running a Stock ROM and am not rooted or Knox triggered.

Mine picked it up straight away.
Can you see the device in settings? (Gear icon --> Settings). Could be that "Show in Menu" isn't checked.

On some pictures I see 4 ¨large icons at the bottom of the HTC UI. Assuming it is shortcuts, I would very much like to have them, but I dont know how. I downloaded the TD 2 Tools program, which also have the "Enable Programs Tab", but I dont know if its the same. Anywho, when trying to enable it has always removed the tick in the box when I apply settings and restart my device.
To put it short: Is it possible to get the shortcut icons, and how?

OK guys today i recieve some wierd update from google xD. I turned on my phone to take photo at work and i noticed my CAM icon was changed hmmm wierd but OK and after that i turn on CAM and al UI was changed, and Setings menu i mean ALL. So any of you have this update without any notice or info or notification from google or system????

You're likely on a 4.4/kitkat rom, Google Camera was released a couple weeks ago to all nexus and google play edition devices.
It's also optionally available to oem KK devices.

In your settings, under Help, there is an entry for "Icon Glossary" that SHOULD tell you what each icon is for.
I searched it over all help and didn't found it
have you enable it via 3rd party launcher like nova ?
On the s4, that's air browse icon, but it isn't available by default in note 4

Hi i have seen these popups in some new android apps,Clicking on yes will automatically turn on location services and wifi. I cannot for the life of me find the "google settings" app. I have play services installed, but the google settings icon is nowhere to be found. I want to disable the prompt for google wanting to verify every single app, but the "google settings" is completely missing from the device.
