Hello everyone,
I'll now present to you: Galaxperia v3!
With this ROM I'd like to continue the work @achyut started.
I got his permission to start this project a while ago and started building right away.
As for now, the project is still in alpha stage. This does NOT mean that it has bugs, it means that I'm still building it, still testing it, and still trying to complete the ROM.
This is where you guys come in. As my phones screen is broken I cannot test the ROM myself... I'm using another phone right now, so I need you guys to test it.

Please note that the first ALPHA build does not yet include theming, or the CoCore-E 8.0 kernel. This version is just to make sure it boots.

F.A.QQ: How do I install the ROM?
A: Install custom recovery ( CWM & TWRP ), boot into recovery (vol up+menu+pwer ) and flash the .zip file
Q: I've found an error, what now?
A: Take a logcat of the error and post in the bug report section.
Q: The ROM bricked my phone what now?
A: I'm not responsible, flashing the ROM was your own choice. Try to boot into recovery mode and restore a backup. If that doesn't work, please take your phone to a Service Center.
Q: I want to return to stock, how do I do that?
A: Boot into download mode ( vol duwn+menu+power ) and attach the phone to USB. Flash the stock ROM via Odin. NOTE: Don't remove the phone until Odin says PASS!

There's no support for JaniceP YET.
This ROM is build on janice firmware.
What will happen when i change the tee folder? I use Cm 10.1 for janice and it works fine

I don't know what will happen. I own a I9070, not a P version...
You can try, but ALWAYS make a backup
I will test it maybe at the weekend i'll post you the results

I can't test the ROM myself, because I have a broken phone.I'm trying to fix my phone, but I need someone else to test this...

Well, this version is still the same as Galaxperia v2. Only thing differemt is the Launcher and some small things.
This build was just to test if it boots ( first own rom ya know )

okoko i see the picks that attachment in the others post and looks aweonsome , the xperia interfase is really atractive, this weekend i test your rom , thank for evrething
PD: one Q' in the walkman app, when i listening music in other app like wsp or fb... (the walkman is minimize), walkman appears in the notification bar ok?, but when i pressed pause the music player in notification bar is gone ? or still present... becaue in other mods with the walkman, when i pressed the stop it is close the app

Pressing pause in notification bar stops the Walkman app. I've looked into that but I can't make it stay there... You CAN make it resume from the point you've stopped it via the Lockscreen. Just slide left and music widget will show up.
If you'd test this weekend it'd be great because the theming of SystemUI is almost done!

EDIT - As for the Superuser app not included, MIUI uses it's own implementation of root access. It's the Permission Manager app.

Yep , i must re config it. You can use Volumen down & up for scrolling too .Or you can config the touch by your self .use left soft key and choose alternativ touch Support.
Btw amarullz make an filemanager for cwm.will add it soon to the installer

Welcome to Xda.. Looking forward for miui season.
One request; since Note got bigger screen; miuihome with 4x4 grid don't go well. It will be great if you include modded version for 5x5 grid.
For those who are looking Miuihome.apk mod, I found apk here.
This apk is working great for me @260DPI & 5x5 grid.

Superuser.apk was just a break fix. It worked. I removed that note from OP.
Wow !!! I never checked that grid, and just placed modded apk. I am very sorry for that utter negligence.

A well put together ROM, Gerrett! We have a thread for MIUI here but I haven't been able to update it this week due to exams. Nice going man!
PS - The in-built app (Security/Permissions Manager) should be sufficient for Superuser access -- you don't need a 3rd-party app. If it isn't working then it's probably because of some permission problems.

This is Android 4.3.1-based version of ChameleonOS 0.8, has some new features compared to 4.2.2 version, like ChaOS Lab. I'm making a new thread to not mix issues, add-ons (in future) and other things. Though the two ROMs are similar, the one can have issues that the second doesn't have, and vice versa.

Known Issues
Wifi Direct, Compass and NFC (only for P model) as CM10.2
Settings app is only in english, but the whole ROM has other languages too (ChaOS issue)
Installation
1.Before installing any CM10/CM10.1/CM10.2 based ROM, update the device to Jelly Bean firmware
2.Download the ROM and GApps package
3.Put the files on SDCard
4.Reboot in recovery
5.Wipe Data/Factory reset
6.Flash the ROM with "install zip from sd card"
7.First choose ChaOS zip file then choose GApps package
8.Reboot system
X.If you get "assert failed.......(Status 7)" error when installing the ROM, make sure you have downloaded the right version for your device!
First boot takes a while, so wait approx. 5 mins

What's this ?
Ze Master Patch is as you see in the name is a patch but not any patch , it's a magical recovery flash-able zip that makes any cm based rom for the I9505 installable on our phone with some slight modifications which will be covered in the guide later , what this pacakge does is replace or I9505 stuff with our I9295 stuff all libs all binaries and even a boot image etc ... let's continue further .

A good magician never tells his secrets to anybody ... -naaah just kidding- ... it all started when i was bored and wanted to do something so i thought of something special i took the branches of a dev here in this community (will tell you more about him later) and noted the names of the proprietary files and extracted them 1 by 1 and flashed them upon a I9505 rom with a kernel made by the same dev i am going to tell you about annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd voilla i got some roms booting wooopa gammmnam style party in the chair !!.

Once extracted open META-INF/com/google/android/updater-script with notepad++
Delete the prop lines (if they exist) eg :

General Installation notes
1. Download the rom you want
2. Do the nesscary modifications if they exist
3. Place the rom on your sdcard
4. Make a backup
5. Wipe everything from system to data to dalvik to normal cache
6. Flash you rom
7. Flash the patch

Sorry, i just changed to a SOKP ROM for the time being. When changing back tot CM i will give it a try. Thanks for your efforts cause it would open a lot of opportunities I guess.

Could not test Camera though as was busy, will check and revert later
Edit: Camera App not showing up, installed google camera which also did not show up. seems to be an issue with the firmware / libs
GPS Working, but compass is not showing direction, checked with GPS Status
Edit2: Bluetooth including messaging (Bluetooth map service) works perfectly with original CM11 for S4 files (deleted the /app and /etc/Bluetooth folders from the ze_masterpatch)

A KK update would be great. If possible, could you provide a little explanation of what the smali changes actually do? I don't mean something very in depth, just a quick summary.

Xposed is very clever...but there's something to be said for making mods yourself. If people can get used to decompiling and modding, they might even come up with mods that no-one has come up with before..

All works good here and no sound is not low and also not to high and did you installed any other soundmod or player ? Sound effects works on my xz2 and remember this is just a 1st release.

I tried then to delete the oat file , but sadly no joy.

Oke and yes you need to push the entire folder with the apk if you dont have soundenhancement and no not to flash it again, see attachment for example
