I've been looking for two hours now, and I cannot find a direct answer, I want to swap in between services, is the vzw note 3 sim unlocked right out of the box?

I can confirm that I switched the sim from my note 2 from att to my Verizon note 3 and it could make phone calls. But I wasn't able to get data. I tried to switch the app settings but that didn't work for me.

I apologize for posting this in this forum especially if a question has already been answered similar to what I'm asking but I can't seem to find a solution specifically to the problem that I am facing so I come to you all for help.
I have HTC Trophy on Verizon. I took this phone with me overseas and I requested the unlock PIN from Verizon. I got the PIN. The Phone is unlocked.
Now I got a free upgrade to HTC 8X. I have the WP8 device and I like it. I have another line from AT&T that I want to use on my unlocked HTC trophy. Both support GSM and the phone is unlocked, but it still connects to Verizon.
I've downloaded connection manager and I chose to manually select AT&T and it reverts it back to Verizon.
Any ideas how to fix that?

This question has already been asked more than once. Why not use the "search" function and follow the posting rules instead of complaining about no one rushing to this thread?
The phone hasn't even been released yet. My advice is to give it a couple of weeks (at least) and let people have a look at it to see if it can be easily unlocked or not. Otherwise, you can try to deal with the carrier (or who ever you purchase your phone from) to try and get an unlock code. You usually need to be persistent and keep trying if getting the code doesn't work at first.

I bought my s4 via att full retail, called and asked about the unlocking and they said the system says it can not be locked and no est date. Rep said it prob too early to wait a month or two.

I just dropped 108$ on the paid version of CDMA Workshop.
The Donor Phone Is A Samsung Rant.
Not asking for exact instructions,but if anyone could tell me where to look or advise me on the proper ways of going about it.
Ive spent the last 72 hours with about 5 hours of sleep in between trying to figure this out.

I recently had the same problem trying to get my sprint s4 to boost, I called about 4 boost mobile stores a lot of them said it cant be done but I did find one thatwas able tp help. I purchased a new plan with boost and ported my number over. They did a over the air flash through their customer service. They powered off the phone and after a few mins they turned it back on, it no longer had the sprint boot logo it was boost mobile and has been working fine ever since with full lte. Only thing you will need will be a sim card from sprint. if you still have the orginal sim card in it, it will work fine. Hope this helps....
Yeah i had my first s4 put over to boost back around the last of oct. just called gave the dec and it was put right on my account. Bought a black one called to take the white one off and add black one and was told i had to take it to a boost store. Told them that was bs as i did not have to do it with the first one, then she went ahead and put it on my account. As long as your phone has a clean esn it should be good to go.

this is the only multi-carrier rom i have seen so far.. it should work on tmo, at&t, canadian and also international n9005

You should've gotten the T-Mobile version if you wanted to use it on T-Mobile...
Yeah you should be able to use I it on t-mobile not sure if lte will work though

You'll need to put Tmobile APN settings to connect to Internet and send/receive MMS. I believe you CAN also enable LTE band 4 so you can connect to Tmobile LTE. See the service menu thread on how to do that.

The best root I've used is Kingo Android Root HERE. Doesn't even wipe the phone.
