I use the stock browser and flash works just fine really.

I didn't do anything but in dolphin I don't have any problems. But with Chrome, even though I have Flash player installed, most of the times it doesn't work.

Chrome browser doesnt support flash. Stock does as does firefox. You still need the apk for flash installed.

Stock browser handle flash better than any other browser av tried.

Stock browser is the best browser fullstop.
Full screen
Quick controls
Bookmark sync
Tabs
Mobile/desktop view
Reflow
Flash
Speedy
Plus lots more
I know other browsers have a lot of these features, but why use a different one? I've tried them all, genuinely, and the stock browser is superior.
One thing I miss is computer to mobilr sync.
I have never searched for it though.

Yup

It needs to be implemented by the relevant developers as it's not a standard android feature

So probably won't happen.

I'm thinking if it is possible for it to work at the above the application level and translate the scrolling data to spoof a normal scroll.
Probably possible to do by some talented folks out there?

Right? I don't think my S5 even had a shortcut to Chrome when I booted it up. I had to launch a Google Search to get online. I'm half temped to see if I or someone can backup the browser apk from my S4 and side load it on here. I have a sneaky suspicion that it's not compatible with android 4.4 in part because it's one of the only browsers I've used that allows you to set the default download location to the extSdCard. For this, Chrome sucks, and for no damn good reason.

I was wondering the same thing when I first got my S5. I asked about it in another thread & was told that Google Chrome is now the default browser.

Verizon deleted the stock browser from the S5 and the One M8. I was mad. Chrome is a resource and battery hog. I liked the new Samsung browser. Ugggh Verizon.

As of now, just Chrome. That's the only one it came with. I'm just waiting for root to flash the stock Samsung browser. I could download something else from the Play Store, but I'll just wait on root.
