Yeah ofcourse I am using this setup since mid august so that isnt the problem. I restored my backup of the stock rom and it works fine there, but I am on CM10.2 again because I know it isnt a problem that cant be solved. Or would a clean flash absolutely be necessary?

But for flashing new gapps package, I think it could work indeed since im using a package from august. Can I just flash it in my recovery without wiping anything?

I restored my backup of the stock ROM and I am connected to Google again. A clean flash of CM10.2 didn't allow me to connect to Google.
So I guess I have not been blocked for doing illegal things? But its quite strange in mu opinion...

if hangouts connects fine, then your google services are connecting. ive seen graphical errors before, where the bars dont turn blue but its still connecting to google(a reboot always fixed it for me). but google used to connect being able to connect with goigle talk, i dont know if they do the same with hangouts now.

[Fix][JB]How to fix black screen after installing JellyBean[Recovery}

Hey all,
Many of you have problems when installing various flavors of Android 4.1+. This is the solution to you tablet being stuck at a black screen after installing an Jelly Bean ROM. The solution is actually quite simple: Your recovery version is obsolete (old). In order to get JellyBean working (unless there is some other problem) is to use this recovery for the GT-7310
http://www.mediafire.com/?b2pbv065k51zqy6
Flash it in your current cwm
I'll find a 7300 version in a while.....
GT-P7300: http://www.mediafire.com/?z4xoxajadhflybj
I had no problems flashing CM10 with 5.5.0.4, so it can't be true for all. But it might well work for some roms.

Something is going on with that version of CWM. When i do a backup its size is only 14.5MB. That definitely does not look right to me. Is anyone else getting the same?

That's not good - have you rebooted yet? If you haven't, flash a known good one. If you have, wait for someone more knowledgeable than me, but I'd suspect you've bricked it and will need to send it to Samsung.

I'm not sure i have flash it or not. The tab still can run normally, but everytime i want to clear dalvic, it appears "E:unknown volume for path [/sd-ext]", and if i choose yes, the dalvic will be clear like normally.
And 1 problem, my tab can't copy text to clipboard, it will freeze and need to restart. Somebody know what cause the problem?

I don't have anything without being there. I used this by DL the entire root zip chain fire has prepared. I extracted the "guts" and then used PC Odin to Odin in root/supersu...then after reboot I DL ROM manager and used it to one click in CWM.
You could also Google QBKing77 and tag root s4 behind it and his video is on there its perfect

Solved [Q] AutoDroid Nexus 7 3G (Tilapia) Help

Hi everyone. Bare with me a little. I'm new at this and cannot post in ROM thread because I am a noob. I've done a lot of reading and learned how to pretty much break everything but I did manage to get it working again in stock form. I am trying to set everything up for AutoDroid and a car installation and cannot seem to get it working.
First things first, I successfully rooted the Nexus 7, installed custom recovery (TWRP), Installed SuperSU, installed the Kangaroo Kernel, and flashed the AutoDroid ROM. That's where I am at this point. The problem comes now where I don't have volume buttons on the nav bar and see no settings menu to change any options. I manually installed Power Event Manager and gave it access via SuperSU. The tablet doesn't go to deep sleep when removing power.
Current Settings:
*see attachment*
Does the tab need to be in host mode w/ OTG for PEM to work?
Where are the settings for the ROM?
If I don't have volume etc on nav bar does that mean it wasn't flashed properly?
What did I do wrong?
Sorry for all the beginner questions but I've gone thru hell with this. Have learned a ton tho. I managed to remove the OS and all recoveries so I had to reimage the tab w/ stock OS.
TL;DR: I suck at computers. I need help.

In recovery go to mounts and make sure its checked.
If you mean the one that say read only... I checked it now, but how can I be sure this is the problem, maybe you should tell me what this means

It can't be read only. That's why the zip fails. It can't write to the partitions therefore not installing anything.
But how i could flash cm13??

Not all zips can mount it as r/w.

Just try checking system and running the zip. If it fails, it may need it to be r/w enabled first.
Just tried it and no good, cant flash the gapps, error 64
