Hello everyone,
I have a problem sending photos on Viber. I was sending before with no problem but just right now when I tap the photo to sent it says "oops... an error accured while retrieving the photo". Any ideas?
I'm using Windows Phone 7.10.8862.144

I use 3G. Didn't have any problem before. Don't know why now I have. Nothing changed on the phone, no new programs no new anything. Took a picture, tried to send it - error

Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone has had a problem with their phone sending multiple copies of sms messages. For some reason when I send a message it seems to send it twice... I'm on the Optus prepaid network in Australia and have the latest Aus ROM (1.12.00)...

i do experience that. i use sun cellular here in the Philippines. If i reply to a message and immediately exit the inbox window before the message is sent, the reply message gets stuck in the outbox folder for a while that's why it is sent a lot of times.

I hit this problem in the past. The problem is that you have close the sms program before the message is even sent out. So, one way is to set your shortcut / close button not to close the sms, but minimize it. In my case, I'm using SPB pocket plus. So the sms program, tmail.exe is part of my exception list. Hope tt helps.

I have a troubleshoot when i received any MMS.
They appeared very small, 8ko sized.
Does anybody have the same problem ?

That means that your network is not recognising HD2 because it is new and they do not have it in a database ,so network is by default sending picture in a smallest resolution(assuming that you have phone with small screen resolution and memory).
I have another problem:I am geting information that i have MMs,but the picture is not downloaded automaticaly(even I puted auto in home network settings) and when I click on option to download it says that phone is unable to download picture.Same for sending picture,it says that it is unable to send MMS.I tried manual settings,but no luck.My friend with Diamond 2 and stock 6.5 rom has same settings and no problem with MMS.Anybody with the same problem?

if you installed sms fix (which brings old WM sms back) from this forum try this.install cab,soft reset and let me know if it works.

What network are you on??
Telenor Serbia.I first did automatic settings and letter manual...no luck...it is connected but it is neither sending or receiving attachments.

Have you found a solution to this? Just got mine, and have exactly the same problem..

i have a Xperia X8 with FroyoBread v.016 and there's a little problem with SMS.
i can receive/send SMS and MMS very well, but i think that this has a little bug. When i send a huge message like yesterday something like 30 pages ( i think it's 30 pages because it appeared 6/30 below send button )
i know it's huge but even when i send a 4 page SMS, the phone can't send it.
it says always -> message not send !
i phoned to Vodafone and they say that the huge message is send without any problem and might be a problem with the receiver. my girlfriend has a phone exactly like mine without any problems and with the same ROM. and the problem is exactly the same when she tries to send me a big message.
is this a bug or a Xperia X8 problem ? :s
by the way, excuse for any error and i'm from Portugal, Vodafone Portugal !

Try to use some other messeging app like GO sms Pro (recommended) or Handcent...
i triyed that but the problem continues. For example, when i write something with "ó" or "á" the caracters that i can write decrease a lot and i think that is the problem :s

Viber doesnt ring on incoming calls, Tried to stay connected in sleepmode (from WiFi's advanced menu), viber has been minimized, also allowed in background tasks AND turning off battery saver, WHICH helped but not at all - it RINGS till i connect to other network, after that - it doesnt. Can you give me any other possibilities? ? ?
In addition - i always test these incoming calls after at least 20 minutes asleep mode.

There is a problem with skype as well (and other VoIP applications as i see in i-net) so yes - its a problem with the windows platform, not just a coincidence . I was looking for solution everywhere, cant find one, hope here will find some, its xda after all. And figured recently that my thread is in the wrong forum, so please move it to windows phone 8 forum in General discussion.

At moments like this I wonder isn't the issue that obvious, the developers don't notice it themselves. Same with Skype. Everybody is happy not receiving calls?
i installed facebook messenger. And seems like it can't detect my microphone! :'( can't send any voice sms. Help please???
