Sorry, but devhost deleted the ZIP , don't know why.
Will try it to upload another time.

Why not use mediafire or a shared file in dropbox.
Is there anywhere else I can obtain some of these files in the meantime?

[Q] help flashing original wildfire rom

hi i am getting really frustrated. I'm trying to go back to my original wildfire rom i don't care if its not the telstra original i just need any original. i currently have cyanogenmod7.03 that i installed myself. how do i install the original rom i have booted into that special mode via holding volume down and power down. and i have downloaded some original roms from shippedroms.com and put them on my microsd on my wildfire. help would be appreciated greatly, i have read other threads regarding this but i don't know what to do. i have rooted my phone also.
RUU's from Shipped ROM's are EXE Files. Connect your Wildfire to your PC. and run the EXE File. That's it.
You will lose root though, if you flash an RUU.
Alternately, you can flash this ROM as well. It's stock 2,2
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=877977
Short Guide for the second method:
- Download the ROM I listed above, and this attachment called update1.zip
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=662193&d=1311319218
- Place both files on your SD
- Boot into Clockworkmod Recovery ("Special Mode" - As you say)
- Once in CWM (Clockworkmod), Select "Install Zip from SDCard")
- Then, select the update1.zip file you placed in Step 1
- Clockworkmod Recovery will reboot, and will start in v2.5.0.7, characterized by Green text
- Here, now select "Wipe Data / Factory Reset"
- Then, again select "Install Zip from SDCard"
- This time, select the ROM.zip file you placed on your SDCard in Step 1
- Let it install, reboot. You should be on a stock 2,2 ROM.

ok ill have to try the second method because i have an iMac not a pc, and i was browsing through the clockworkmod recovery mode earlier on.
can i use the telstra rom i downloaded from specialroms.com instead of the one you linked me? then follow the second method?
i can't choose update.zip from install zip from sd card because its not a zip, when i click on it, it opens up with three more folders of meta inf, res and sbin. what should i do?
Don't select the option choose update.zip.
First, restart your phone in Clockworkmod:
- Then, select "INSTALL ZIP FROM SDCARD"
- Here, select an option "CHOOSE ZIP FROM SDCARD"
This will open a tree structure on your sdcard to browse, then select the required Zip file.
I cannot comment on your specialroms.com ROM, because I haven't seen it at all. I have no idea what sort of a ROM you are talking about.
=====================================
Alternately, if you are ok with flashing an RUU, you can extract the ROM.zip from the EXE RUU on a Linux/Mac device using OpenRUU here.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=711296
Once you get the ROM.zip from the Telstra EXE RUU, then
- Rename the ROM.zip file to PC49IMG.zip
- Place on your sDCard
- Reboot your phone in bootloader mode. (ie - Select Volume down + power. Don't select anything after this). The bootloader will detect the ROM file and attempt to install it automatically.
i just converted the update folder to a zip file on my computer maybe this will work.

Dear God, don't mix the two up. I specifically inserted the line break between the two so you get what I mean. It seems you don't.
Follow ANY ONE OF THESE
FIRST METHOD (RUU)
- Download your Telstra RUU from Shipped ROM's.
- Extract the Rom.zip from the RUU using OpenRUU
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=711296- Rename the ROM.zip file to PC49IMG.zip
- Place on your sDCard
- Reboot your phone in bootloader mode. (ie - Select Volume down + power. Don't select anything after this). The bootloader will detect the ROM file and attempt to install it automatically.
FIRST METHOD ENDS HERE
===========================
SECOND METHOD (SAFE FLASH FROYO)
- Download the the SAFE FLASH ROM, and this attachment called update1.zip
http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...3&d=1311319218
- Place both files on your SD
- Boot into Clockworkmod Recovery
- Once in CWM (Clockworkmod), Select "Install Zip from SDCard"

- Then, select the update1.zip file you placed in Step 1

Sorry, I can't simplify or clarify any further. You are on your own from here. Good Luck to you.
my clockwork recovery mode is v2.5.0.1 with green writing. so i won't need the update zip. now when i go to install zip from sd card then choose zip from sdcard and i select the first rom u linked me the safe buzz rom it opens and it says opening update package and the bar shows no progresses and it disappears after 1 second. its not working i have no idea why.

No, I don't. Unless you clarify a lot more on what you did, and what problem you are facing, I will most certainly not be able to infer what you mean. The first zip you flash (update1.zip) is supposed to be like that. You should see Clockworkmod with Green Text, and v2.5.0.7 written below. If you see that, the first part is successful.

i am following the second method. so i choose update1.zip from install zip from sdcard. i select yes install update and it loads for like the briefest of seconds. then it goes back to the clockwork mod menu again. my clockwork mod is v2.5.0.1 but i have green writing. is the update1.zip installation supposed to take half a second because thats how long it loaded for me.

Yes, it is supposed to take just half a second. It will only give you Clockworkmod v2.5.0.7. It's the sole purpose of update1.zip.
But, since you have Clockworkmod 2.5.0.1 (I wish I had known this earlier - I assumed you S-OFF'ed using Revolutionary and had the new version with orange text), you can skip a lot of steps.
Now, just simply follow these. (It's a re-written second method, if you will)
- Download the the Safe Flash ROM Zip file only. You don't need update1.zip
- Place the file on your SD
- Boot into Clockworkmod Recovery
- Now, select "Wipe Data / Factory Reset"
- Then, select "Install Zip from SDCard"
- Then, select "Choose Zip from SDCard"
- Now, select the ROM.zip file you placed on your SDCard in Step 1
- Let it install, reboot. You should be on a stock 2,2 ROM when rebooting is done

ok. followed the instructions exactly i selected safe buzz froyo.zip and it loaded for about 1second as if it was installing. then the clockwork mod menu appeared again and i rebooted the phone. but it loaded as cyanogen 7 so it didn't work. how long is it supposed to take to install? 1 second? do i need to do something to my microsd card? like make it a gold card or something? I've heard that word before.
No, you don't need a Goldcard for flashing the Safe Flash ROM. (You would have needed one only if you followed the RUU method).
ROM install should take a lot more time than 1 second. Also, it is surprising how Cyanogenmod 7 is loading. Did you not perform a 'Wipe Data' in Clockcowkrmod, as I have stated?
Also, check your ROM file size, make sure the file size matches, and see if you can catch the error message that comes on Clockworkmod when it reboots after 1 second when installing the ROM.

the rom file size is about 120mb. i did perform a wipe data before i attempted to install the rom. yes i will try and see what message comes on the screen in that one second of the rom loading. the phone doesn't reboot after i press install rom, it goes back to the clockwork menu then i hit reboot. i will try again.

[Q]How to add boot animation

Hey,
I would like to add boot animation.
1.I need to know what CMW I have cuz there is CMW 2x and CMW 3x.I'm using g3mod v2.0 kernel?
Then I need to know hot to do it?
I guessed I have 3x CMW and downloaded that boot animation(from xda forum)
I tried to add it with update.zip in CMW and it says Instalation aborted.
Thnx
Put the .zip file on your sd card (any folder, but the easiest is top level "/").
Press the power button until the boot menu shows up, then select "Recovery". This will automatically bring you to CWM.
Select "Update .zip" with the vol+ and vol- buttons, confirm with the home button. Then use "Select .zip" and navigate to where your boot animation .zip file is, select and click on it. Confirm by selecting in the additional menu. Then go back and select "Reboot".
Have fun!

Go to Settings,Storage and See Total space is now 1.97GB
If the phone wont boot, power down, then hold up key and turn on to get into recovery mode.

Okay, you have to download the firmware version for your country, and have custom recovery installed on the phone.
So if you in UK,download the rom for your phone from UK provider.(doesnt matter if its JB or KK)
http://www.ztedevices.com/support/index.html
Once you have the rom,Use winRAR to do the following:
1.open the rom from your country in winrar so you can see the contents.
2.Open system folder (dont extract, just navigate into the folders in winrar)
3.Open "etc" folder
4.Open Firmware folder
5.Select "modem_1_wg_n.img" and extract it(i just drag and drop on desktop)
6.Open the Kitkat firmware you've downloaded using winRAR
7.Open System folder
8.Open "etc" folder
9.Open Firmware folder
10. Copy the "modem_1_wg_n.img" into that location(drag and drop from desktop)
11.winRAR asks if you want to :Add/Replace file/s? Select Yes or OK to allow it to
12.copy entire firmware to phone and reflash it on the phone from the SD card
I dont know if you can just replace the modem file after having loaded the firmware.I didnt try or test it.it may or may not work.
I am working on Custom Firmware for this phone though.
latest achievement was i managed to get the phone to see the SD card as phone storage thanks to various xda guides.this will be built in
FIrmware should be ready in a few days after testing.if anybody is interested in trying it out,let me know
problem solved...
Thank you sir...problem solved...it's really hard to be a noob...have to understand a lot of things now....I'm willing to try your firmware on my phone...upload it when done...keep up the good work...sorry for my english...
Post has been updated

The thread is so useful... Keep up the good work, I don't have patience to try the new ROM!
Is there any chance for kernel supporting overclocking and undervoltage, also with more Gvernor and I/O Sheduler options?
Also Would be gorgeous if there's tap screen to wake option, this would need custom kernel too...
I'm now using DeviRSilva's kernel, which is doing great! Man, don't be afraid to relese it and continue tweaks
Still I'm a noob and maybe half of theese wishes are impossible, but would be so cool if they're possible to develop!
PD: I saw a site promoting Lollipop ROM for our L2 is that real?
PD2: Sorry for my awful English and probably stupid requests and questions...
helpppp
I have probelm, phone do not show sim card, on official site there is no serbia rom please how to fix it?

[GUIDE] How to flash Android on the HTC HD2 (LEO) with MAGLDR for Noobs

Introduction
Hey guys, I recently flashed Android 4.0.4 on the SDCard of my HTC HD2 to revive it from the dead and it worked! Although, when I was working on it, it wasn't necessarily easy and the ressources were incredibly hard to find. So I am sharing this handy guide here to make it easier for any begginers that want to bring their HTC HD2 back from the dead. Since I am also a beginner there could be mistakes or complicated sections in my guide which I would be very glad if they get pointed out below in the comments!
Happy Flashing!
Dan6erbond
NOTE: Flashing Android to the internal storage (NAND Flash) is easier and runs smoother. The HTC HD2 unfortunately only has 512 MB of internal storage which makes it almost a must to do a NativeSD Flash if you are interested in installing apps on it. If you are going for the NativeSD Flash, make sure your SDCard is at least a class 6 for a usable experience and has a capacity of >= 8 GB. I recommend using a Version of Android older than 4.0.4 to get the smoothest experience.
Steps
Unlock Bootloader with HardSPL4
NOTE: Make sure your device has more than 50% battery.
1. Turn off any Anti-Virus Software in case your Anti-Virus Software blocks any of the programs you try to run or files you try to download.
2. Download the HardSPL4 Package and save it in an empty folder you've prepared for all the files you will need.
3. Load the Bootloader on your HTC HD2 by turning your phone off and turning it back on while holding the volume down key until a RGBW screen appears.
4. Connect your phone to your Windows PC and wait for the white section of the RGBW screen to say USB.
5. Run HSPL4.exe
6. Read everything and click next.
NOTE: If you plan to use MAGLDR, make sure to select HSPL2.08 in the HSPL4.exe program.
7. Once the phone has rebooted you can turn it off for now.
8. Done!
Install the latest Radio
You need to install the latest Radio on your HTC HD2 to ensure that all your communication devices such as bluetooth and WiFi will work afterwards.
NOTE: Make sure your device has more than 50% battery.
1. Download the latest Radio available for your device (currently 2.15.50.14).
2. Extract the contents of the downloaded ZIP file.
3. Load the Bootloader on your HTC HD2 by turning your phone off and turning it back on while holding the volume down key until a RGBW screen appears.
4. Connect your phone to your Windows PC and wait for the white section of the RGBW screen to say USB.
5. Run CustomRUU.exe from your Radio Folder.
6. Read all the instructions and click next.
7. You will see an Update button, click on it.
8. Wait till your phone reboots.
9. Done!
Flash MAGLDR to the Device
1. Download MAGLDR 1.13 to that folder created earlier.
2. Load into the Bootloader just like you did earlier.
3. Extract the contents of the MAGLDR ZIP folder and launch the ROMUpdateUtility.exe. Make sure you are logged in as Administrator or launch the App as Administrator.
4. Tick the box labeled confirm and click next.
5. Repeat step 4.
6. Select update.
7. Verify the image being flashed say 2.00.000.0 and select next.
8. Read the process list and select next.
9. Once the process is done your phone will reboot.
10. Done!
Flash an Android ROM to the internal storage (NAND Flash)
NOTE: For this step you will need an SDCard. 4GB should be enough for most Android ROMs.
1. Download any Android ROM you wish to install on the HTC HD2. Make sure that it's compatible with your device. In this case I am using the Android 4.0.4 ROM by tytung which runs excellent on the internal storage as well as of an SDCard.
2. Copy the downloaded ZIP folder to your SDCard.
3. Load the MAGLDR Boot Menu Screen by turning on your phone and holding the power button until you see the MAGLDR Boot Menu Screen.
4. Press the volume up/down button to navigate to the option AD Recovery and select it by clicking on the call button. (Far most left of bottom hardware buttons)
5. Navigate to Update from SDCard and select it.
6. Select select ZIP file from SDCard and select the ZIP file that contains the ROM.
7. Select YES...
8. Your phone will now install the ROM and ask if you would like to Reboot. Select Yes and your phone will boot Android after showing a menu in which you do not have to do anything. The first boot might take a little longer.
9. Done!
Flash an Android ROM to an SDCard (NativeSD Flash)
NOTE: For this step you will need an SDCard. I recommend at least 8GB Class 6 or higher SDCard for most Android ROMs to run smoothly and properly.
Install 4EXT Recovery
NOTE2: You might need to install the 4EXT Recovery on your device. Please comment below if you needed to but here is how it goes:
1. Download 4EXT Recovery and copy the ZIP file to an SDCard.
2. Insert the SDCard into your device and launch the MAGLDR Boot Menu.
3. Select Services.
4. Select Boot Settings.
5. Select AD SD Dir.
6. Select the ZIP file you just copied to the SDCard.
7. Go back to the MAGLDR Boot Menu and select Boot AD SD.
8. Done!
Install the Android ROM to the SDCard
1. Load the MAGLDR Boot Menu Screen by turning on your phone and holding the power button until you see the MAGLDR Boot Menu Screen.
2. Press the volume up/down button to navigate to the option Services and select it by clicking on the call button. (Far most left of bottom hardware buttons)
3. Select Boot Settings.
4. Select Boot Source.
5. Select Android from SD.
6. Navigate back to MAGLDR Boot Menu.
7. Select Boot AD Recovery.
8. Select advanced.
9. Select Partition SDCard.
10. Select remove all partitions and start from start.
11. Set the size of the EXT partition to the largest possible.
12. Set the size of the SWAP partition to 0MB.
13. Select Yes - I'm sure.
14. Wait for the progress to finish.
15. Reboot the device from the MAGLDR Boot Menu.
16. Hold the power button to get back into the MAGLDR Boot Menu.
17. Download the Android ROM you would like to use. In this case I am using the Android 4.0.4 ROM by tyugen which works well from an SDCard as well as the internal storage.
18. Copy the downloaded ZIP file to the SDCard you are using.
19. Insert the SDCard into your device while it is off.
20. Boot back into the MAGLDR Boot Menu.
21. Select AD Recovery.
22. Select install from SDCard.
23. Select choose zip from SDCard.
24. Select your ROM.
25. Select YES...
26. Wait for the installation page to show up and then tap NEXT.
27. Select install to SD-EXT and then tap NEXT.
28. Select RMNET Connextion. I suggest deactivating the soft keys. Tap NEXT.
29. Once the installation is done tap NEXT and make sure that your device is set to reboot.
30. Done!
