Volume buttons - long press - Nexus 7 (2013) General

Hi guys,
Just received my new Nexus 7 and noticed that the volume down button doesn't lower the volume when I long press the button. Does anybody else have that issue or is a hardware defect on my end? It works when I press and hold the volume up button but not on the way down. Single clicking it works though.
thanks for any input.

thanks for the feedback. I am trying another ROM first before I rule out any software mods that may cause this. I am using the APM.

End/Power button

Guys can you see the different between power/end button and the rest of them. All the rest working like new except power button! I have feeling like End/power button has less "jump". Like used buttons in old devices.
This is hardware problem i think.

Yes you're right as there does seem to be less travel or jump as you put it on the power/end button. I believe this is the way they are designed
I hope so. I can`t remember how it was in the 1st day i got it.?.?.

Screen Capture

Has anyone found a screen capture method for the Nexus 10?
Thanks
I believe it's a button combo that should work with all Jellybean ROM's. Something like holding the power button + volume up for a second I think.
It's power button + volume down button.
Volume down would be the volume button closest to the power button.
Thanks for yor reply. I've tried the power + volume buttons but it doesn't seem to work on my Nexus 10. Have you tried it on your Nexus 10 and got it to work?

I just tested to make sure. Yes it works.
Press Power + Volume Down simultaneously for 3 seconds and it'll snap a photo. It should definitely work.
*edit
Here made a video to give you a tutorial:

Works here ... A bit of timing is involved.
Thanks, I've just tried it again and it does work. I think I missed the confirmation signal.

Power Button Spoiling

My power button is getting lesser and lesser sensitive. It can hardly tell the different between holding down the power button to off the phone or pressing down the power button to sleep the phone.

Volume down button not working

Suddenly my volume down button is not working on my Galaxy E5. The volume up button is working with no problems except the volume down button. The volume down button clicks normally and I hear the regular sound of it but it doesn't work.
My phone is still under warranty, Should I send it or there is something I can do before?
Same Problem Here ! Any Solutions ?

It worked fine after a couple of weeks, maybe there was some water or may be sweat from my pocket.

Possible Oneplus2 power button issue - Please assist

Hi everyone just a quick question. I am a new oneplus2 owner and wanted to know if everything was okay with my phone as the power button seems to be very soft when pressed ( as a pose to a click with the volume button ) I have never had a oneplus phone before and wanted if this was normal? I am used to other model phones where there is always a assertive click or feeling of a button being pressed. With this power button its almost too soft - like you can barely feel you pressed it at times! please let me know if this is normal? or is this a fault. Thanks
Mine is Just like the volume soft but clicky like a mechanical response
