How is this storage situation possible?

The math doesn't seem to add up to me but there could be more to it than I just don't see. Does anybody know why I don't have more free space?

backup your stuff manually and do a complete wipe. I lost some 3GB of storage space somehow but a wipe cleared that up. Loaded the same stuff back on and it was 3GB less than before.
I don't think the storage factors in the system or data partitions, which do count towards your total storage space. Try downloading an app called storage analyser. It gives pretty robust information on all partitions.

SMS not sending (SMSC problem)

Since I've installed cyanogen 10.2 I've had no problems at all, I have sent many SMSs and all of a sudden it stopped working...
I've tried to follow this instructions, without luck:

By the way, my phone settings:

PS: I've already had this same problem on the same phone number when I had a Milestone 2 (similar to Droid 2), and bought a new micro-SIM card for the Nexus.
I noticed the problem started to happen right after a pre-paid recharge of my carrier credits today. User of TIM Brazil.

if you look it says 14.67 gigs used however the actual total shown is only 5.3 gigs and i have no idea where that nearly 10 gigs has gone too
The screenshot you posted isn't working for me.

Root Directory running out of space

So, I recently rooted my Moto E3 Power, it has a stock rom.
After rooting , I realized my root directory has really less space, idk why

}
Points you might need to know to help me :
My device had gone into a bootloop after rooting for the first time, but I hadn't made a backup so I downloaded the stock rom from a website and flashed it over. It went well.
Is there a way to repartition this and increase size of root directory ?
Sorry if I made any mistakes, this is my first post.
