I don't understand exactly what you mean, but it looks like you need Toggle buttons moved to down, instead of top.
Do you want to do that?
If yes, there is a guide.

How do I disable signature check?

So I wanted to test some modded .apks but I get a package opening error when installing those .apks and that means I have to disable Signature Check for them to work. How do I do that??
