if it is i will try but now i ask for guidance coz i dont want to brick my s4 i9500

Hi everyone I want to make a rom for the s4 that is touchwiz based and that has the latest firmware. I want the rom to be i9505 based and I want to start from a mostly stock rom based build. Can someone please lead me to a thread like that?
Maybe a dumb question but is there a tool to easely port a miui rom to i9505, so i can easely keep my rom up-to-date ?
What would be a good rom to try to port to i9505 ?
