Can't connect 360 controller with otg USB

I'm trying to connect my wireless Xbox 360 controller with a otg usb cable. But the lights from the gamepad are just flashing and that's it.
I can't navigate through the menu at all.
I guess it has something to do with the bindings.
Does someone here know how to do this with the s6e+?
The otg adapter is working nicely it's no problem to connect a mouse or a keyboard to it.
I'm currently running the latest Audax rom with it's kernel. (MM 6.0.1)
Edit: OK there's definitely a file that's missing. The keylayout for the wireless 360 controller isn't there. Does someone know how to add this?

Xbox One OTG Support?

I have a LG V20 (8.0), and I'm trying to use my XBOX controller. It's not lighting on. Any tips?

What am I supposed to do with this?
@Remphz
I don't know if you will be able to because from what I've read you can't just plug the controller into the phone via OTG because the controller doesn't connect through the wire it only connects via wireless and the cable just does syncing and charging duties. You would prolly need the wireless adapter that came out for using them with Windows 10 PCs.

Maybe you could with a 3rd party wired controller but there is no official wired controller as far as I've seen
